Crime Report September 21, 2017

1.      A Cheating case FIR No. 171/17 has been registered at PS  Theog on 20-09-2017 u/s 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ganinda Lal S/o Sh. Jagmohan R/o near Petrol Pump Theog alleging therein that Anil Kumar Banana cold store Plot No. 100 housing complex N Kakrola road New Delhi has purchased 1341 boxes of apple from his shop  and given four checks to him for withdrawal but above check bounced due to insufficient balance. Anil Kumar is not paying the money and cheated him for Rs.24,16,177.

2.      An Accident case FIR No. 136/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 21-09-2017 u/s 279,337,304A IPC  on the rukka of SI Kewal Singh IO PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 21-09-17 one truck trala No.HP38B-7031 coming from Kufri towards Shimla loaded with apple boxes met with an accident near Green Valley Dhalli about 200/280 feet. One person Namely Dilbag Singh S/O Sh.Babu Ram R/O Village Bari PO &Teh Nurpur District Kangra found there. After inquiry it has come to the notice that he was the driver of  above truck and the person namely Kundru R/o Nurpur cleaner of the truck found dead on the spot. This accident took place due to the driver Dilbag Singh negligence act The case is being investigated by  SI Kewal Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

3.      An Accident case FIR No.101/17 u/s 279,337,304A IPC  has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 20-09-2017 on the statement of Sh. Harish Dogra S/o Sh. Dila Ram R/o Vill. Daro PO Halnidhar Tehsil Kumarsain stated therein that on 20-09-2017 one vehicle No.HP 63-5608 met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Naresh Kainthla and rolled down from the road near Tangri. In this accident Pushpa Devi died on the spot and driver Naresh Kainthla and  other woman Ranji sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of driver Naresh Kainthla. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Guleria PP Narkanda.

4.      A Theft case FIR No 164/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 20-09-17 U/S 379,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh Suleman S/O Gulam Qadir, Vill Kuttu Nala PO Nogali Tehisl Rampur Bsr Distt Shimla alleging therein that  he had parked his tipper at Nogali in the intervening night of 19/20-09-2017. On 20-09-2017 when he checked his vehicle he found that some unknown person has stolen the battery of Tipper.

1.    Accused Virender Mohan S/o Sh. Om Prakash R/o Village Kathiyana PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Distt.  Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 49/17 Dt. 17.09.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS at PS Chopal bailed out today.

2.    Accused 1) Thakur Dass S/o Sh Almu Ram R/o Vill Noon PO Khunni Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Age 62 Years, 2) Ranjeev S/o Sh Thakur Dass r/o Vill Noon PO Khunni, Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Age 32 Years 3) Manjeev S/o Sh Thakur Dass R/o Vill Noon PO Khunni  Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Age 30 Years, 4) Lekh Raj S/o Sh Cheat Ram R/o Vill Shlag PO Khunni  Sub. Tehsil Nankhari Age 32 Years  arrested in case FIR No 99/17 dated 18-9-2017 U/S 341,323,427,382,147,149 IPC at PS Kumarsain bailed out today.

3.    Accused Smt Shanti Devi W/o Sh. Tanku Ram R/o Vill. Gharshal PO Devidhar Tehsil Chirgaon age 35 years has been arrested in case FIR No. 106/17 dated 20-09-2017 u/s 454,380 IPC at PS Rohru.

4.    Accused  Manoj Kumar@ Rocki S/o Sh. Nigal Shahu R/o Vill. Devton  Po Nogli Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 22 years, has been arrested  in Case FIR No.164/17 Dated 20-09-17 U/ 379,34 IPC at PS Rampur is being produced before Ld. Court.
