Crime Report on Sept. 15, 2017

1.    A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation: case FIR No. 97/17 has been registered at  PS Kumarsain today on 15-09-2017 u/s 341,323 IPC on the complait of Sh. Sheetal Shyam S/o SH. Anil Shyam Vill Gumana PO Odi Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that  on 14-09-2017 he and Rajneesh Gupta was going to home after taking dinner at Murthal. At about 10-30 PM Rajnish Verma obstructed his way and beaten him. The case is being investigated  by HC Ram Sain I.O PS Kumarsain.

2.    A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR No. 97/17 has been registered at  PS Rohru on 15-09-2017 u/s 341,323 IPC on the complaint of  sh. Devraj S/O sh. Devi Lal R/O Jounli(Bhaloon Kenchi) PO Sungri Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla HP, alleging therein that on 14-09-2017 one vehicle No. HP 62B-0617 driven by Deepak Mehta S/o Sh. Shiv Singh Mehta hit his vehicle. Both parties compromised at the spot subsequently, Deepak Mehta called his relative, obstructed his way beaten him. The case is being investigated by HC Vijay Kumar I.O PS Rohru.

3.    During last 24 hours 310 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 116 & fine realized Rs. 60,400/- and 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,000/-.

1. Accused i) Ashwani Kashyap S/o Sh. Ramesh Kashyap R/o Villge & PO Arsu Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu, age 21 years, ii) Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/o Village Tikkery Kanchi, PO Arsu Tehsil Nirmand, Distt. Kullu, age 18 years and iii) Dipesh S/o Sh. Amar Chand R/o Village Tikkery Kanchi, PO Arsu Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu, age 19 years, arrested in case FIR No. 157/17 Dt. 14.09.2017 U/S 379, 34 IPC at PS Rampur, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.
