1.       ND&PS Case FIR No. 176/17 dated 29.09.17 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PSAct  has been registered at PS Theog on the rukka of HC Adarsh Kumar No.959 I/O PS Theog. When he was on patrolling duth along with HC Ashoke No. 1682, HC Sudesh Kumar No.28,& H HC Rajinder No. 1019 at 9.30 when he reached at Mypul two persons namly Som Dutt Sharma S/O Sh.Daulat Ram R/O VPO Lewnana Tehsil Rajgarh Disst. Sirmour. Second one was Bablu S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/O VPO Lewnana Tehsil Rajgarh Disst. Sirmour reached there and they were sacred to see the Police party. During search 513 gram Charas recovered from Bablu   S/o Sh. Chet Ram.

2.       Trespass Case Fir No.169/17 Dated 29.09.17 U/S 447,170 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur  on the statement of Sh. Daulat Ram S/O Sh. Narain Singh Gardner of Shrikhand Orchard of Sh, Veer Bhadra Singh Village Damrali Po. Taklech Tehsil Rampur Bsr. & Distt. Shimla. Alleging there in that on dated 11.09.17 one unknown person cross over flying on the edge of above garden at Damrali without permission , during verifies fact by Daulat Ram (complainant) found that person is Ajay Banniyal is reporter of News papers. Case is being investigating by ASI Ram Singh I/C PP Taklech.

3.      An Accident  case FIR No. 15/17 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 29.09.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Vikrant Mehta S/O Lt. Sh.Palsh Ram R/O Chadhi PO and Sub Teh Nankhari Distt. Shimal HP stated therein that on today at about 11.30 AM  a vehicle A/F Alto 800 met with an accident near Nalaban (Nankhari) due to rash & negligent driving of  Mahender Singh, the vehicle rolled down about 50 meters from the road. In this accident, Vikrant Mehta S/O Sh.Palsh Ram and Driver Mahener sustained injuries and shifted to IGMC Shimla for treatment Case is being investigated by HC Devender Kumar No. 153.

4.      Abetment of suicide case FIR No 77/17 dt  28-9-17 u/s 306,201 IPC has been registered at PS Chirgaon on the statement of sh Vinod kumar s/o sh Gian Chand   village Chivari PO Masli tehsil Chirgon Distt Shimla . Stated that on dated 12-7-17 his son Hemant commit suicide by hanging in school hostel Chirgaon .  on the information of principal Shivalik public School Chirgaon he reached in school Hostel on the spot and take dead body in the possession . On dated 13-7-17 he recovered a suicide note from the pent pocket of his son . As per suicide note reason of hanging was Lalit Shitta warden of hostel. He met with the  school staff  with suicide note ,  during the discussion   someone take the suicide note from the bag and above suicide note and other paper found missing. He has doubt that Lalit Shitta warden is responsible for hanging . Case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar i/o of this PS .

5.         A Theft  Case FIR No. 114/17 dt.28.09.17 U/S 379 IPC has been registered at PS East on the complaint of Mahesh Kumar S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O Chandel Niwas Shakrala Po Malyana,Tehsil & Distt. Shimla.Stated that on dt 27.09.17 when he parked his vehicle at Mehli By pass road at night and in the morning of next day i.e. dated 28.09.17 he found that three tyres of his vehicle were stolen by some unknown persons. Case is being investigating by SI Raguvir Singh.

6.      During last 24 hours 262 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded =115 & fine realized Rs. 37,800/- and 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fined Rs. 1200/-.
