Crime Report September 20, 2017

1.    A Wrongful restraint case  FIR No 163/17 Dated 19-09-17 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur on the complaint of Shubham Chauhan S/O Sh Rajesh Chauhan VPO Shamathala K/Sain Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 19-09-17 at about 4.00 PM when he was going towards Brow along with Gaurav Mehta and reached near Bridge Sachin Kaith, Rai,Ramesh and Pankaj obstructed her way and beaten him. The case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj IO PP City Rampur.

2.    A Wrongful restraint case FIR No. 71/17 dated 19-09-17 u/s 341,323,34  IPC has been registered at PS Jhakri on the  complaint of Smt Sarkali W/O Sh Gopal Singh R/O Village Churi PO Ganvi  Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 18-09-2017 when she and his  son Amer  singh  was going to home  after  close the Shop . When she reached near  Krai  two ladies Namely Heeri and Kunti  obstruct her way and  beaten her  and she sustains injuries on her head, arms and  other part of body .  The case is being  investigated  by HC Venash No 102 I/O PP Jeori .

3.    A Burglary case FIR No. 106/17 has been registered at Police Station Rohru today 20-09-17 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the comlaint of Dr. Nidhi Chauhan D/o Sh. Harmohan Chauhan R/O Vill. Mehendali PO Karasa Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that today when she was in duty at Civil Hospital Rohru some unknown person has stolen her Wallet including Aadhar Card, PAN Card, ATM Card & Rs. 3000-4000 cash from Doctor duty Room in Civil Hospital Rohru. The case is being investigated by HC Pawan I/O PP City Rohru.

4.    During last 24 hours 273 vehicle were challenged under MV Act, compounded =115 & fine realized Rs 47,800/- and 19 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,000/-

1.    Accused Virender Mohan S/o Sh. Om Prakash R/o Village Kathiyana PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Distt.  Shimla arreseted in case FIR No. 49/17 Dt. 17.09.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS at PS Chopal remanded in Police Custody up to 21-09-2017 by the Ld. Court.

2.    Accused 1) Thakur Dass S/o Sh Almu Ram R/o Vill Noon PO Khunni Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Age 62 Years, 2) Ranjeev S/o Sh Thakur Dass r/o Vill Noon PO Khunni, Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Age 32 Years 3) Manjeev S/o Sh Thakur Dass R/o Vill Noon PO Khunni  Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Age 30 Years, 4) Lekh Raj S/o Sh Cheat Ram R/o Vill Shlag PO Khunni  Sub. Tehsil Nankhari Age 32 Years  arrested in case FIR No 99/17 dated 18-9-2017 U/S 341,323,427,382,147,149 IPC remanded in Police custody upto 21-9-2017 by the Ld. Court.
