AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 69/17 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 28.4.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of Insp. Sanjeev Gautam, SHO PS Shimla Sadar alleging therein that on 28.04.2017 at about 06-15 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff at Subzi Mandi Ground, one person namely Jasmeet Singh S/o Sh. Sohan Singh R/o 133/5 Below Gurudwara Sahib, Cart Road, Shimla, age 40 years apprehended by them with 12 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Una No.1. The case is being investigated by Insp. Sanjeev Gautam, SHO PS Shimla Sadar.
AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 29/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 28.04.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Monu Bragta S/o Sh. Balwant Singh Bragta R/o Village Patsari, PO Hatkoti, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla alleging therein that on 28.02.2017, he was coming from Rohru to Hatkoti. When he reached near Chamshu Jhula, a Vehicle No. HP-10B-0312 (Pick-Up), driven by Balwant Singh, came rashly and hit a child who was standing on the road, caused sustained head injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh, I/O Sarswati Nagar, Jubbal.
AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 37/17 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 29.04.2017 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Mirja Rashid Baig S/o Sh. Savir Baig R/o Sanjay Colony, Distt. Murena, MP alleging therein that he alongwith his family memebts come to visit Shimla. Today they were going towards Tattapani in their Car No. MP-06-CA-1323 (Ritz). When they reached near 18/2 at Devidhar, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligence driving of Mirja Tosif S/o Sh. Savir Baig R/o Sanjay Colony, Distt. Murena, MP, age 28 years and rolled down 200 meter into steep gorge from the road. In this accident, two persons namely Mirija Tosif S/o Sh. Savir & Mirja Janul S/o Sh. Ashif Baig died on the spot and four persons namely Parveen W/o Sh. Rashid Age 28 years, ii) Mirja Shoaib Baig S/o Sh. Bajid Baig, age 16 years, iii) Mirja Sohil S/o Sh. Bajid Baig, age 13 years & iv) Mirja Noman S/o Sh. Rashid Baig, age 5 years, all are the Residents of R/o Sanjay Colony Distt. Murena, MP, sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/O PS Sunni, Shimla.
A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 37/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 28.04.2017 U/S 451, 147, 149, 504, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Padam Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Ram Dass R/o Village Chhupari, PO Lowerkoti, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla A/P Salesman in Wine Shop of Sh. Rakesh Negi, Shop No. L-2, L-14, at Village Sidroti alleging therein that on 28.04.2017, Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Sidroti alongwith some villagers of villages Sidroti, Chhupa & Chamarada have criminally trespassed in his shop and thrown outside 46 Boxes of English & Country liquor from his shop. They have also abused him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ankit, I/O PS Rohru.
A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 12/17 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 28.04.2017 U/S 341 323 IPC on the application of Sh. Madan Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village Dhar, PO Chiroli, Tehsil Kupvi, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that when he was going to Kupvi, on the way one person namely Jeewan Singh S/o Sh. Jesu Ram R/o Village Dhar, PO Chardi, Tehsil Kupvi obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Tadbir Singh, I/O PS Kupvi.
A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 61/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 28.04.2017 U/S 341 323 34 IPC on the report of Ramesh Kumar S/o Sh. Jeet Singh r/o Village Dhar, PO Janedghat, Sub-Tehsil Junga, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 27.04.2017, he was going to Chial from Shaloth in his vehicle. At about 10-00 Pm, on the way one person namely Annu S/o Sh. Nand Lal R/o Village Badech alongwith his 3/4 friends obstructed his way and beaten him brutally.
During last 24 hours 239 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 152 & fine realized Rs. 44,800/- and 70 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 6,950/-.
FOLLOW-UP:
Accused Kishori Lal S/o Sh. Manu Ram R/o Village & PO Jaghori, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, age 34 years arrested in case FIR No. 82/17 Dt. 25.04.2017 U/S 363, 366A IPC at PS Rampur, today remanded in judicial custody by the Ld. Court.
Accused Deepak Sood S/o Sh. Sunil Kumar Sood R/o Village Chaitanya Appartment, Block-B, Flat no. 3,4 Airport Road, Totu Shimla, age 20 years arrested in case FIR No. 60/17 Dt. 363, 366, 376 IPC & 4 POCSO Act at PS West, is remanded in police custody upto 01.05.2017, by the Ld. Court.
