A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 54/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 12.04.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jutogh, Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2017 at about 05-25 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Kiran Kumar S/o Sh. Narayan Chand R/o Village Devdhar, PO Newali, Tehsil & Distt. Kullu, HP, age 24 years, intercepted by them near Heera Nagar and recovered 170 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jutogh, Shimla.
A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 67/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 12.04.2017 U/S 341, 506 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Sunni Devi W/o Sh. Jai Ram R/o Village Tikker, PO Fagu, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 63 years alleging therein that her neighbourer Shyam Lal obstructed her way, scuffle with her and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Adrash Kumar, I/O PS Theog.
AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 32/17 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 13.04.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Balwant Verma S/o Sh. Gian Chand R/o Village Mandri, PO Sainj, Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla, age 37 years alleging therein that on 12.07.2017 at about 09-00 PM, one car No. CH-03W-5070 met with an accident near Mandri (Sunni) due to rash & negligent driving of Kailash Sharma S/o Sh. Jai Prakash R/o Village Chanawag, Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla and rolled down from the road, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Rakesh, I/O PS Sunni.
During last 24 hours 257 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 105 & fine realized Rs. 31,900/- and 51 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,100/-.
FOLLOW-UP:
Accused Kiran Kumar S/o Sh. Narayan Chand R/o Village Devdhar, PO Nevali, Tehsil & Distt. Kullu, HP, age 24 years arrested in case FIR No. 54/17 Dt. 12.04.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West, is remanded in Police Custody upto 17.04.2017, by the Ld. Court.
