Crime Report on April 18, 2017

1. AN WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 42/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 18.04.2017 U/S 341,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Narender Thakur S/o Sh. Jalam Singh R/o Village Mohan, PO Zar, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 17.04.2017 at about 09-00 PM, he was going towards SBI ATM near Bus Stand at Kumarsain, on the way one person namely Rajneesh obstructed his way, beaten him brutally and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram, I/O PS Kumarsain.

2. A GRIEVOUS INJURIES: Case FIR No 73/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 18.04.2017 U/S 325,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Saurav Masoi S/O  Sh. Uday  Singh Masoi  VPO Kareri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 26.03.2017, two persons namely Chintu and Ashish Kumar beaten him brutally near DAV School Rampur, caused sustained injuries to him. On this, he was medically examined at MG MSC Khaneri and today on 18.04.2017, final opinion has been received in his MLC in which Medical officer has given grievous injury to him.  The case is being investigating by HC Shashi Bhushan I/O PP City Rampur.

3. During last 24 hours 528 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 192 & fine realized Rs. 56,100/- and 102 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 10,200/-.

   INQUEST REPORT

1. Deceased Padam Singh (Nepali) S/o Sh. Chhavi Ram R/o C/o Rakesh Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village Dagoli, PO Chikhad, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla found dead near Sandhu due to fell down 100 feet from hillock. After autopsy, dead body handed over to his relative fro cremation.  

   FOLLOW-UP:      

1. Accused Vikram Singh S/o sh. Virender Pal R/o  at present  wz 49 Budhella village Vikaspuri New delhi age 25 has been  arrested  in case FIR No 40/17 Dated 18-03-17 U/S 420, 120B IPC PS New Shimla  is remanded in police custody up to 22.04.2017, by the Ld. Court.

2. Accused Daleep Singh @ Deepu S/o sh. Tek Chand R/o VPO Bhutti, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt Shimla, age 34 has been  arrested  in case FIR No 41/17 Dated 10-04-17 U/S 379 IPC PS Kumarsain,  today released on bail by the Ld. Court.

3. Accused Abhishek @ Anku S/o Sh. Rajender Tanwar R/o Village Namhol, PO Kunihar, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan A/P Maan House, Set No. 7, Shankli, Shimla, age 22 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 55/17 Dt. 17.04.2017 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, is remanded in Police Custody upto 20.04.2017, by the Ld. Court.
