A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 12/17 has been registered PS Chirgaon on 14.02.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Chirgaon has been registered on the rukka of HC Balbir Singh No. 204, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 14.02.2017, during patrolling along with staff at Dhamwari, one person namely Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Murki Lal R/o Village Bonwari, Tanganu, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla intercepted bby them & recovered 12 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh No. 204, I/O PS Chirgaon.
A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 13/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 15.02.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Deepak Kumar No. 03, I/O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that today on 15.02.2017 at about 04-45 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff one person namely Bittu S/o Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Harwani, PO Sindasali, Tehsil Chirtgaon, Shimla, intercepted by them near Andhra Power House & Recovered 25 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Deepak Kumar No. 03, I/O PS Chirgaon.
A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 16/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 14.02.2017 U/S 341 323 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Subhash Chand R/o Village Dogari, PO Bharedi, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla alleging therein that on 14.02.2017 at about 04-30 PM, when he was going to his field, on the way one Neeraj Shandil S/o Sh. Tara Chand R/o Village Dogari obstructed his way & beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain, I/O PS Kumarsain.
MISCHIEF BY FIRE WITH THE INTENT TO DESTROY PROPERTY: Case FIR No. 17/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 14.02.2017 U/S 435 504 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Neeraj Pal S/o Sh. Tara Chand R/o Village Dogri, PO Bharedi, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla alleging therein that one Mr. Sanjeev Kumar of his village ,damaged his four apple trees by negligently set a fire in the field. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram, I/O PS Kumarsain.
During last 24 hours 451 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 201 & fine realized Rs. 54,400/-, 359 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 31,900/- and 03 Challan under Mining Act.
INQUEST REPORT:
On 14.02.2017, Deceased Suraj Kumar S/o Sh. Ran Bahadur R/o Village Lungchha, Tehsil & Distt. Gulmichila, who was working as labourer in Bedding Zone for Street Benderers at Lift Shimla, fell down from 3rd floor of above under construction building, cuased sustained injuries to him. He was immediately shifted to DDU ZH Shimla for treatment, where doctor declared him braught dead. Today after postmortem, dead body handed over to his relatives for cremation.

Accused Neerab Ghonta S/o Sh. Khub Ram Ghonta R/o Village Ghuntandi PO Nerwa, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age 29 years arrested in case FIR No. 31/17 Dt. 14.02.2017 U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Kotkhai, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.
Accused Vijay Kuamr @ Guddu S/o Sh. Saran Panth R/o Village Bani, PO Khuni, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 183/10 Dt. 26.10.2017 U/S 452 506 509 IPC at PS Rampur
Accused Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Murki Lal R/o Village Bonwari, Tanganu, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, arrested in Case FIR No. 12/17 Dt. 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Chirgaon, released on bail by the Ld. Court
Accused Bittu S/o Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Harwani, PO Sindasali, Tehsil Chirtgaon, Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 13/17 Dt. 15.02.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Chirgaon, released on bail by the Ld. Court.
