An Excise Act case FIR No 13/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 13.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ishwar Singh I/C PP Taklech alleging therein that on 13.012017 he got secret information that Hardayal Singh S/o Sh. Roshan Lal Vill. Kuhal P/o Deothi Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimal HP was selling illegally liquor in his shop. On this information he raided the shop of Hardyal Singh along with staff and recovered 12 bottles country liquor and 6 Bottles of English loquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by PS ated by ASI Ishwar Singh I/C PP Tecklech.
An ND&PS Act case FIR No 02/17 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 14.01.2017 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Tavinder SHO PS Sunni alleging therein that today on 14.01.2017 during patrolling along with staff he intercepted a vehicle No HP 01M 1743 XYLO and recovered 3.527 Kg Charas from the possession of three persons namely Vinod Kumar S/o Sh Yuv Raj, Dharamander Singh S/o Sh Durga Dass and Om Prakash S/o Sh Dharam Singh residents of VPO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi .All persons have been arrested and case is being investigated by SI SI Tavinder SHO PS Sunni.
A Criminal breach of trust case has been registered at PS Jubbal on 13.01.2017 U/S 407, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh Vikrant Yadev Director Eclatic International Pvt. Ltd WZ 244 Shakurpur Delhi alleging therein that on 16.08.2016 his purchase manager Sh Chander Chekar Yadev hired a truck No HR 74 8812 to send 607 boxes of apple from Khadapather fruit market to Madurai Tamilnadu but above truck did not reach the destination. On 24.08.2016 Mr.Farukh owner of truck informed purchase manager Sh Chander Chekar Yadev that apple boxes had been unloaded and sold at Faridabad fruit Market. He doubt that Amarjeet, Dharmander and Shakir provided the opportunity to truck owner and truck driver to sold out apple boxes at Faridabad Fruit Mandi. The case is being investigated by SI Sunder Singh SHO PS Jubbal.
A Cheating case FIR No 05/17 Has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 13.01.2017 U/S 420, 408 IPC on the complaint of Sh Amit Kumar Verma senior manager Gemtree Natural Pvt. Ltd alleging therein that an employee of his company namely Sh Sunder Verma S/o Sh Jagmohan Verma village Shiwan Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla has been transferred cash Rs 1,35,000 from company account to his own bank account without company's permission. The case is being investigated by ASI Hans Raj I/o PS Kumarsain.
A Burglary case FIR No 04/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 13.01.2017 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the complaint of Kiran Dhanta W/o Sh Subhash Dhanta r/o Dhanta Niwas Sangti Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on intervening night of 12/13.01.2017 some unknown person entered in her house and stolen away her jewellary and cash Rs 32000/- . The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/O PS Dhalli.
A Cheating case FIR No 07/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 14.01.2017 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh Ramesh Chand retired Assistant Engineer PWD A/P Kala Niwas Thorn Cliff Summer Hill Shimla alleging therein that a worker of PWD Department namely Hari Ram S/o Late Sh Govind Ram R/o Galog Tehsil Arki Distt Solan had been changed his date of birth in his service record to obtain regularization in his service.The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.
A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 06/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 14.01.2017 U/S 341, 323 IPC on the complaint of Champa Devi D/o Late Sh Kanshi Ram R/o Nahal Kumarsain alleging therein that today on 14.01.2017 her daughter-in-law obstructed her way and beateb her brutally. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.
During last 24 hours 192 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 117 & fine realized Rs. 36,100/- and 44 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs-. 4,700/-.

Accused Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Dhan Bahadur R/o Village Laha, PO & Tehsil Dhali, Distt. Jajarlot Bheri, Nepal, age 25 years, arrested in case FIR No. 09/17 Dt. 11.01.17 U/S 376 IPC & 4 of POCSO Act at PS Rampur, is remanded in Police custody upto 16.01.2017, by the Ld. Court.
