Crime Report on Jan. 10, 2017

1. An Excise Act: Case FIR No 06/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 09.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sher Singh, I/O Jhakri, Shimla alleging therein that on 09.01.2017, at about 05-00 PM during patrolling alongwith staff at Jhakri Bazar, he recovered 10 Ltr.( 4500 ml ) illegal liquor from the possession of Maya Lama W/o Sh. Dinesh lama R/O Village & PO Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla. The case is being investigating by ASI Sher Singh, I/O PS Jhakri.

2. A Dog Biting: Case FIR No 12/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 09.01.2017 U/S 289 IPC on the application of Smt. Sanohar Dassi W/o Sh. Lui Ram Vill. Marala PO Darkali Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 07.01.2016, at about 5.45 PM, a pet dog of Roop Chand Vill. Marala PO Darkalis bite her brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal, I/O PP Taklech.

3. A Trespass: case FIR No. 08/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 10.01.2017 U/S 451,323,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Harish Kumar S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village Thach, PO Bhararighat, Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan, age 25 years A/P Workers with C&C Company at Choal near Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 09.01.2017, on 09.01.2017, at about 08-30 PM, two persons namely Manoj Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Subash Chand R/o Vilage Kandror, Distt. Bilaspur and Amar Singh S/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village Nirmand  Distt. Kullu criminally trespassed in his quarter and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjit Singh, I/O PS Kotkhai.

4. During last 24 hours 131 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 73 & fine realized Rs. 31,200/- and 20 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,100/-.
