A MURDER: Case FIR No. 21/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 22.01.2017 U/S 302 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Parma Nand S/O Lt. Sh. Shyam Sukh R/O Rumali PO Jaon Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu HP alleging therein that his elder Son Ram Krishan went to his relation at Dugga Matla 02/03 days before. On 21.01.2017, his son told him telephonically that he is at Taklech in the quarter of Sanjay Kumar who is serving in Police Department at PP Taklech. On dated 21.01.17 Sanjay Kumar told him telephonically that he killed his son Ram Krishan. He also heard a noise of another person who was instigating him, both of them were seems to be in intoxicated. He came to Taklech in search of his son and on 22.01.2017 at about 5:30 PM, dead body of his son found from Taklech Nala. He doubts that above two persons murdered his son. Both accused has been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by Insp. Sanjeev, SHO PS Rampur.
A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 22/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 23.01.2017 U/S 452 323 IPC on the statement of Sh.Mahesh Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Beli Ram R/o village Halog, PO Khanari, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla stated therein that on 22.10.2017 at about 09-00 PM, one Daleep @ Bano S/o Sh. Sher Singh R/o Village Halog, PO Khanari, entered in his room and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj, I/O PS Rampur.
AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 14/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 22.01.2017 U/S 279 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Rohit S/o Sh. Gauri Shankar R/o Village & PO Chhaila, Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 22.01.2017 at about 11-30 PM, one vehicle No. HP-09C-1132 (Eon) on the way towards Mahauri from Chhaila, met with an accident near Chhaila, due to rash & negligent driving of Rajeev S/o Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Village & PO Dhar, Tehsil Theog, Shimla & rolled down from the road. In this accident, driver Rajeev died on the way to hospital. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PP Chhaila.
AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 06/17 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 23.01.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Ruvita Devi W/o Sh. Ajay Zinta R/o Village Jaigarh, PO & Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla aged 26 years stating therein that today on 23.01.2017, she along with her sister Ritu, Dimple and Om Prakash were coming towards Chopal from Nerwa in the vehicle No. HP-08B-0400 (Alto Car) driven by Joginder Dhopta. At about 10-00AM, when they reached near Village Premnagar above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Joginder Dhopta and rolled down about 20 meter from the road. In this accident, they all sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Naresh Kumar, I/O PS Chopal.
During last 24 hours 167 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 95 & fine realized Rs. 34,900/- and 59 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5950/-.
INQUEST REPORT:
Deceased Jai Devi W/o Lt. Sh. Dila Ram R/o Village Katheen, PO Baredi, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla, age 55 years, committed suicide by taking some poisonous substance. She was shifted to CH Kumarsain, where doctor declare her brought dead. After autopsy, dead body handed over to her relative for cremation.

Accused i) Gulab Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Bhawani Singh R/o Kandal, PO Tikkari, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age 65 years and ii) Salig Ram S/o Sh. Relu Ram R/o Village Ramdara, PO Telor, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age 45 years, arrested in case FIR No. 04/17 Dt. 19.01.2017 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Nerwa, today remanded in judicial custody upto 27.01.2017, by the Ld. Court.
Accused i) Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Beli Ram R/o Village Lunalout, PO Tandi, Tehsil Anni, Distt. Kullu, age 28 years A/P Posted as Constable at PP Taklech & ii) Ram Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Janaki Dass R/o Village Seri Majheli, PO Taklech, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 21/17 Dt. 23.01.2017 U/S 302, 34 IPC at PS Rampur, are remanded in Police custody upto 27.01.2017 by the Ld. Court.
