Crime Report on Jan. 08,2017

1. A Theft case FIR No. 04/17has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 07.01.2017 U/S 379 427 IPC on the application of Sh. Vicky Negi S/o Sh. Babu Ram R/o Village Mandali, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 05/06.01.2017, some unknown person has broken the glasses  of his vehicle No. CH-03Y-6045 & another vehicle No. HP-01A-4769 and stolen away two car stereo & two Stephanie from the above vehicles.

2. During last 24 hours 13 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 03 & fine realized Rs. 1,400/- and 04 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 400/-.

   INQUEST REPORT

1. On 07.01.2017, deceased Pratap  S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Village Bhomari, Tehsil & PS Shillai, Distt. Sirmaur, HP, age 45 years found dead at Old Bus Stand Shimla. After autopsy, dead body handed over to his relative for cremation.

1. Accused Rohit Raj S/o Sh. Jagdish Chand R/o Village Mehral, PO Sapnot, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi, A/P Shandil Niwas near Hillgrow Public School, Jawahar Colony, Kamla Nagar, Sanjauli Shimla-6 in case FIR No. 155/16 Dt. 23.02.2016 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC at PS New Shimla, is further on Police Remand upto 09.01.2017.
