A Burglary case FIR NO.32/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 07/02/15 U/S457,380IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar Bansal S/o Late Sh. Om Parkash Bansal R/o B-477 Sector 4 New Shimla Alleging therein that on 07-02-2015 Dr. PC Sood called him and told that someone made theft at his house at Both Well Estate. On this he rushed to his house and saw that the doors lock of Main gate, bedroom and worship room was broken and other articles were thrown out inside the Almira. The owner of house is not present so that the detail of stolen articles could be confirmed after the reaching of house owner. The case is being investigated by HC Jawahar Lal I.O PP Lakkar Bazar.
A Cheating case FIR No.08/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 07-02-2015 u/s 420,34 IPC on the statement of Smt Nisha Thakur W/o Sh. Sita Ram R/o Vill & PO Rajana at present tenant in the house of Sh. Sita Ram R/o VPO Rajana New Shimla stated therein that on 07-02-2015 she was sit out side the house along with her neighbourer Neelam W/o Sh. Kishan Chauhan and others in the mean time two person namely Bikeshwar Paswan and Mohd. Babu came there and told her that on 15-02-2015 Pitambri Powder is to be launched at Ram Mandir and they are advertising for same and to Polish the posts and pan in free. On this she gave them one copper lota and they polish it at once. After that she gave them one pair ear ring along with nose pin. Both of them polish the same and return back to her. Subsequently on doubt when she check the Gold ornaments she found that Gold ornaments has damaged and it became light in wait. Both of above person cheated her and remove the gold by using chemical. The case is being investigated by HC Anil I/O PS New Shimla.
A Kidnapping case case FIR No 5/15 dated 8.2.15 u/s 364 IPC PS Kotkhai has been registered on the complainant of Smt. Sunmani W/o late Roshan lal R/o village Banola (tipri) Po jar Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla HP alleging there in that her son Sandeep kumar @ Sonu come to apple season along with Chaman lal @ Nitu s/o Roshan lal village Najja P.O Kirti Tehsil and PS Kumarsain at Ratnari in the orchard of Sh. Nripjeet Singh Thakur and Sunil s/o Bhikam Ram r/o Sirkoti po Kana teh. Nirmand was also with them for grading & packing . on 2.10.14 she has asked to Sandeep @ sonu on his mobile .About after 6 days later Chaman lal @ nitu told her that Sandeep has gone in the morning 03-10-2014 somewhere .In this reg she lodged missing report of Sandeep at PS Kumarsain on 4.11.14 & there after 6.12.14 at PS Kotkhai . later on she came to know that Sandeep was beaten by Nripjeet Singh and Chaman lal @ nitu Now she has doubt that someone has kidnapped him with the intention of murder.The case is being investigated by Asi Pradeep kumar I/c PP Baghi.
A Burglary case FIR No 9/15 dated 08/02-2015 u/s 457 ,380 PS Rohru vide d.d. no--13 at 3-10 pm has been registered on the application of Harishh Chajata s/o jai lal r/o housing board colony house No--162 that some unknown culprits broken the lock of his house and stolen away following articles==(1) led Sumsung (2) dvd mp3 sony (3) lap top del (4) hard disk (5) citizen wrist watch (6) golden chain--1 nos. (7) ear ring golden ring==2 pairs (8) golden breslet==2 pair ,sbi credit card, atm ,pnb atm,bed sheet==5 nos. total value of stolen property is 3 lac 12 thousand . case is being investigated by Asi Bal Raj i/c PP city Rohru
A ND&PS a case FIR NO 8/2015 dated 8/2/2015 u/s 20-61-85 ND & PS Act has been registered at PS Jubbal on the Rukka (complained) of Asi Rajkumar i/o PS Jubbal stated that today while he was coming from patrolling duty khara /pather to Jubbal via Santoshi Nager a/w vehicle and PS staff at about 12.15 p.m. when he reached near Salakwara a Indico car NO CH 03 D-7692 was coming up ward and when they saw police vehicle they stopped the vehicle on the road side, Asi a/w staff checked the vehicle and found two people sitting inside, namely Dvr .Saleem s/o Sitar Mohammod H.NO. 1603 Mani Mazra Chandigarh. age 50 and Kishori lal s/.o lt. Sh. Jai Singh R/o vill. Aandora P.O Amb PS Amb Distt Una age 46 year and recovered 1kg ,100 grm chars from their possession from above vehicle there fore case has been registered against the both persons and is being investigate by Asi Rajkumar I/O PS Jubbal
A public property damage case FIR No 25/15 dated 08-02-2015 U/S 3 PDP Act PS Rampur has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Sohan Lal R/O &VPO Haroli Distt Una at present J.E IPH Bahali (Rampur) alleging therein that contractor of Bharti AIR Tel cercal office Plot No 21 Chandigarh are doing digging work through JCB and manually since 25-12-2014 Sharan Bahali road (SH) in which OFC kable line is being installed and during this work they have lost destruction of which was already in running condition to the village Shran to Bahali road and the AIR Tel coy. had not taken any NOC from them to carry of said work .The contractor of AIR Tel coy. Has loss amounting Rs. 25 Lac has been incurred and aforesaid coy. & their contractor have will fully cause damage /loss to the public property .Case is being investigated by HC I/o PP Taklach.

U/S 174 CrPc:-
On dated 07-02-2015 at 08:30 A.M M.O CH Sarahan informed at PP Sarahan that One person namely Sunder Singh Negi S/o Lt. Sh. Jawala Singh Negi R/O Mahlog PO Tara Devi Tehsil & Distt. Shimla age 48 years brought by Sh. Rajender Thakur taxi driver HP 01S-0564 Indigo along with other person. Sunder Singh above has been examined by MO CH Sarahan and he told that he has been dead. Taxi driver Sh, Rajender Thakur along with three persons came from Tara Devi bazaar on dated 06-02-2015 for make their visit to Mata Bhimakali Temple Sarahan & they all four persons arrived at Sarahan about 01:30 am on dated 07-02-2015 & make their night halt at Snow View hotel at Sarahan in the room no. 104. Early in the morning at 5 am deceased Sunder Singh Negi go to toilet after toilet he came back to his bed room & said to his partner that he is felling pain in his chest. After his declaration his partner brought him to private doctor at Sarahan bazaar for his checkup. Private doctor advised him to took him to govt hospital imm
ediate. They reached CH Sarahan & MO CH Sarahan declared him brought dead. Postmortem has been conducted by MO CH Sarahan in the presence of his parents & villagers along with police party. After postmortem MO CH Sarahan verbally declared that cause of death is due to heart attack. Investigation is being conducted U/S 174 CrPc.by I/C PP Sarahan.
