An Accident case FIR No. 21/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 05-02-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jagat Ram S/o Sh. Hira Nand Vill Roni Kullajhal, PO Karana, Tehsil Theog stated therein that one Maruti 800 car No. HP 09C-0474 met with an accident near Kullajhal due to rash and negligent driving of Sh. Gian Singh. In this accident two persons namely Ratti Ram and driver Gain Singh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I.O PS Theog.
A Robbery case FIR No. 27/15 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. 05.02.2015 U/S 392 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Dil Bahadur S/O Sh. Chandra Bahadur R/O Vill. Bhorga, PO Ridi, Ward No. 3, Distt. Gulmi Anchal Lumini Nepal A/P Vill. Ratnari, KotKhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.01.2015, he was going to his native place Nepal and waiting for bus at ISBT, Shimla. At about 02-00 PM, two unknown Nepali persons met with him and told him that they are also belongs to Nepal. After that he went with them towards Bharari, where they gave him a beer glass. After drunken the beer glass he felt down unconsciously. When he wake-up after long time and found that above persons have stolen his cash Rs. 18,000/- & One Pithu Bag with clothes. The Case is being investigated by HC Rajpal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla.
During last 24 hours Total 136 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded= 59 and Fine realized Rs. 19,600/-.

Accused Vipender Uniyal S/o Sh. Virender Uniyal r/o Vill. Godmukh PO Nai Tehri, Tehsil Tehri, PS Chamba, Distt. Tehri, Uttarakhand age – 30 Years, has been arrested in Case FIR No. 18/15 Dt. 15.01.2015 U/S 328, 381 IPC P.S. West, is on police remand upto 10.02.2015.
