A ND&PS Act case FIR No 59/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 13.02.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Desh Raj Guleria, I/O PS Dhalli Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of 12/13.02.2015, he alongwith staff on Nakabandi duty near Mashobra Bifurcation, Shimla. At 05.30 AM one person namely Jagat Ram S/o Sh. Dhura Ram R/o Village Thundal, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, age 45 years was coming from Kufri to Dhalli on foot, has been intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 2.500 KG Charas from his possession. Above accused has been arrested by the police and case is being investigated by SI Desh Raj Guleria I/O PS Dhalli.
An Excise Act case FIR No. 13/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 12.02.2015 U/S 39(i) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Narkanda stated therein that on 12.02.2015, he alongwith staff were on patrolling duty towards Chimbra & Nog Kainchi. At about 05-25 PM, one person namely Diwan Chand S/o Sh. Keshav Ram R/o Village Chimbra, PO Kotgarh, Tehsil Shimla has been intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 03 bottles of country liquor marka Darling from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Narkanda, Shimla.
A Burglary case FIR No. 09/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 12.02.2015 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sohan Lal S/o Sh. Brastu Ram R/o Village Ravin, PO Touran, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla stated therein that some unknown person has broken the door lock of his quarter in between 04.02.2015 to 12.02.2015 and stolen away one Gas Cylinder & Gas Stove. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjit Singh, I/O PS Jubbal.
A Theft case FIR No. 06/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 12.02.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Chatra Singh, A/P Junior Engg. O/o Asstt. Engineer Technical Electrical Sub-Division, HP SEB Ltd. Baghi alleging therein that on 22.01.2015, Sh. Piare Lal, Asstt. Lineman informed J.E. Electrical Section, Naura that two numbers 25 KVA Transformer kept at site Mangloti has been stolen by unknown person. The case is being investigated by ASI Pradeep Kumar, I/C PP Baghi.
Dishonestly receiving stolen property case FIR No. 47/15 has been registered at PS West today i.e. 13.02.2015 U/S 411 IPC on the rukka of SI Kulwant Singh, I/O PS West Shimla stated therein that on 12.02.2015, he alongwith staff were on patrolling duty towards Vicotry Tunnel. At the same time one person namely Kulwant Singh @ Gidru S/o Sh. Dyal Singh R/o Village Ghalut, PO Salogra, Tehsil & Distt. Solan intercepted them and recovered stolen property (house hold articles) from his possession. Above accused has been arrested by the police and case is being investigated by SI Kulwant Singh, I/O PS West.
A Cheating case FIR No. 10/15 has been registered at PS East today i.e. 13.02.2015 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Umesh Chand Goel R/o Set No. 4, Y2K Appartment, Chhota Shimla alleging therein that one person namely Rajinder Singh of R.R. Investment C/o Thakur Niwas Main Chowk Panthaghati , Shimla-9 obtained sum of Rs. 1 lac from him and assured him that he will pay doubled amount within a year. After that Rajinder Singh fraudulently open the trade account on his name without his consent. When he went to Rajinder Singh office and demanded his money, But he refused to return his money, abused him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Naresh, I/O PS West.
During last 24 hours Total 150 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act and 10 persons challaned under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 69 and Fine realized Rs. 25,800/-.

Accused Sahit Mattu S/o Sh. Pal Ram R/o Dhara near MC Quarter, Gaddikhana, below Gurudwara, Krishna nagar Shimla, age 21 years, arrested in case FIR No. 35/15 Dt. 10.02.2015 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Sadar, today sent to judicial custody by Trial court.
Three Accused namely (1) Atul Singh S/o Sh. Vikram Singh R/o Sector-III, Negi Niwas, New Shimla, age 19 years, (2) Rahul Chauhan S/o Sh. Khoob Chand R/o Vilalge Jehrwin, PO Karsog, Distt. Mandi, age 21 years and (3) Rajesh Kumar R/o Khalini Chowk, Type-I, Set No. 7, Shimla, age 20 years, have been arrested in case FIR No. 09/15 is registered at PS New Shimla today i.e. 11.02.2015 U/S 21,29-61-85 ND&PS Act PS New Shimla
Four accused namely (1) Raj Kumar Thapa Chlawane S/O Hasta Bhadur Thapa Chlawane R/O VPO & Distt Salyana Aanchal Rapti Nepal, Age 19, (2) Chetti Ram S/O Krishan Raj R/O Vill. Khani Po Salyana State Rapti Nepal Age 23, (3) Ashok Thapa S/O Harka Bhadur R/O Vpo & Distt Salyana Aanchal Rapti Nepal Age 22 & (4) Nirmal Budha S/O Budhi Ram R/O Vill. Chaklighat Po Sideshwari Distt. Salyana Aanchal Rapti Nepal Age 18 Years have been arrested in Case FIR No. 24/15 U/S 302 IPC at PS West Shimla, today sent to judicial custody by trial Court.
Accused Anil Rawat S/o Sh. Bhagwan Singh Rawat R/o Village Mayal Gaon, PO Talain, Block Pokhra, PS Lanchidowne, Distt. Puri Gharwal, UK has been arrested in case18/15 Dt.15.01.15 U/S 328, 381 IPC PS West.
Accused Kulwant Singh @ Gidru S/o Sh. Dyal Singh R/o Village Ghalut, PO Salogra, Tehsil & Distt. Solan has been arrested in case FIR No. 47/15 Dt. 13.02.2015 U/S 411 IPC PS West

Sadiq R/o Village Crouwalpura, PO Chowkiwala, PS Traimama, Distt. Kupwada, J&K, age 20 years have been arrested in case FIR No. 55/15 Dt. 09.02.15 U/S 379,411,201,34 IPC PS Dhalli, bailed by the trial court.
