1. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 36/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 11-02-2015 u/s 13-3-67 Gambling Act on the rukka of SI Rajneesh I/C PP Lakkar Bazar stated therein that on 11-02-2015 he alongwith staff were on patrolling duty towards Kamyana where  five person namely  Ashok Kumar S/o Dalip Singh, Madan Singh S/o Sher Singh, Partap Singh S/o Late Sh. Roop Ram, Anil Sharma S/o Bhoop Chnd and Virender S/o Roop Chand found playing gambling and recovered Rs. 6805/-. The case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh I/C PP Lakkar Bazar.
2. A House Tresspass case FIR No. 24/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 12-02-2015 u/s 452,323,379,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Swami Som Dass S/o Sh. Ram Balak Dass  R/o Khedi Ghat Tehsil and PS Bodva Distt Badvani MP alleging therein that he is working as a saint in Shani Mandir /Cowshed at Lambidhar. On 12-02-2015 at about 02-00 am Devinder Khewra alongwith other persons entered in the cottage by breaking door and beaten him. Above person has also stolen his dog and thereaten with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh I/o PPP Fagu PS  Theog.
3. During last 24 hours Total 149 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act and 03 persons challaned under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 87 and Fine realized Rs. 26,600/-

Follow-Up

1.    Two accused (1) Rahul Kapoor S/o Sh. Puran Chand R/o Vill. Kandi Chaluni, PO & Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi Age-25  Years and (2) Bihari Lal S/o Sh. Sita Ram r/o Vill. Khunn Khaneri P.O. Kothi Tehsil & P.S. Anni Distt. Kullu Age- 30 Year have been arrested in case FIR No. 43/15 Dt. 10-2-15 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West, today sent to judicial remand by the Trial Court.

2. Accused Vipender Uniyal S/o Sh. Virender Uniyal r/o Vill. Godmukh PO Nai Tehri, Tehsil Tehri, PS Chamba, Distt. Tehri, Uttarakhand age – 30 Years, has been arrested in Case FIR No. 40/15 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS West is on police remand upto today sent to judicial remand by the Trial Court.
3. Accused Sahit Mattu S/o Sh. Pal Ram R/o Dhara near MC Quarter, Gaddikhana, below Gurudwara, Krishna nagar Shimla, age 21 years, arrested in case FIR No. 35/15 Dt. 10.02.2015 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Sadar, is on police remand upto 13.02.2015
4. Three Accused namely (1) Atul Singh S/o Sh. Vikram Singh R/o Sector-III, Negi Niwas, New Shimla, age 19 years, (2) Rahul Chauhan S/o Sh. Khoob Chand R/o Vilalge Jehrwin, PO Karsog, Distt. Mandi, age 21 years and (3) Rajesh Kumar R/o Khalini Chowk, Type-I, Set No. 7, Shimla, age 20 years, have been arrested in case FIR No. 09/15 is registered at PS New Shimla today i.e. 11.02.2015 U/S 21,29-61-85 ND&PS Act PS New Shimla.
5. Four accused namely (1) Raj Kumar Thapa Chlawane S/O Hasta Bhadur Thapa Chlawane R/O  Vpo & Distt Salyana Aanchal  Rapti Nepal, Age 19, (2) Chetti Ram  S/O Krishan Raj R/O Vill. Khani Po Salyana State Rapti Nepal Age 23, (3) Ashok Thapa  S/O Harka Bhadur R/O Vpo & Distt Salyana Aanchal Rapti Nepal Age 22 & (4) Nirmal Budha S/O Budhi Ram R/O  Vill. Chaklighat Po Sideshwari Distt.  Salyana Aanchal  Rapti Nepal Age 18 Years have been arrested in Case FIR No. 24/15 U/S 302 IPC at PS West Shimla, is on police remand upto 13.02.2015.
