1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 70/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.02.2015 U/S 39 of HP Ex. Act on the rukka of ASI Baldev I/C PP Junga stated therein that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling and Nakabandi duty at Chalara Chail Koti Road. At about 12.00 noon two vehicles HP63C-0852 & HP08A-1179 came from Chail side, intercepted by them. During search, 150 Boxes of Country liquor marka Malta total 1800 bottles have been recovered from the vehicle No. HP63C-0852 which was driving by Sanjeev Kumar S/O Prabhu Dhal R/O cill Khanyod Po Tiyali tehsil Theog and Driver of vehicle no. HP08A-1179 Sh. Shyam Lal was escorting the above vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Baldev I/C PP Junga.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 33/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 23.02.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhupender Negi S/o Sh. Bhagat Singh Negi R/o Village Chaura, Tehsil Nichar, Distt. Kinnaur, HP stated therein that on 23.02.2015, he alongwith Varun, Shivesh were coming towards Shimla in Zypsy no. HP-26-0131 of HPSEB Deptt. At about 02-30 AM, When they reached near  Fagu, Driver Varun lost his control and above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from the road. In this accident two persons namely Varun S/o Sh. Prem Prakash R/o Village Bhanalog, PO Oddi, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla and Shivesh S/o Sh. Hemant R/o Upper Kaithu, Shimla died on the spot and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Het Ram, I/O PS Theog.

3. A House Trespass case FIR No. 55/15 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 24.02.2015 U/S 451,427,504,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pushpender Kumar S/o Sh. Devender Jeet R/o Chintpurni Bhawan, Kachighati, Shimla HP stated therein that on 24.02.2015 at about 06-30 PM, he saw that his neighbourer Yashpal Joshi was preparing the mixer of sand & cement on the slab of his house. When he asked, Yashpal Joshi has abused & beaten him. He also damaged the slab and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Tomar, I/O PS West.

4. During last 24 hours Total 238 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act & 03 persons challan under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 77 and Fine realized Rs. 32,900/-.

    Follow-Up

1. Accused Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Singh R/O Chandel Niwas, Nr Durga Gas Agency, Sanjauli, Shimla-6 Age 18 years arrested in Case FIR No. 66/15 Dated 18.02.2015 U/S 454,380 IPC PS Dhalli, bailed out by trial court.

2. Accused Aamunideen S/o Lat Sh. Pisardeen, R/o Village Markanda, Makdi, PO Jukhala, Tehsil Sadar, Bilaspur arrested in case FIR No. 30/15 Dt. 22.02.15 U/S 18,20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Theog,  sent on judicial custody by trial court.
