- An Excise Act case FIR No. 21/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 25.02.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Tara Singh, SHO PS Jhakri, Shimla stated therein that on 25-02-2015, during patrolling at Raheri Market one person namely Pasang Lama S/O Sh. Ranjan lama R/O Yalambu Tehsil Tarang Marang Distt. Sindhu Pal Chowk Nepal A/P Hawkers at Jhakri Shimla age 36 years intercepted by him. During search, he recovered 2.50 litters illegal liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Tara Singh Negi, SHO PS Jhakri.
- Attempt to Murder case FIR No. 56/15 has been registered at PS West on 26.02.2015 U/S 307,324,323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Tilak Raj S/o Sh. Madan Lal R/o Village Ghulan, PO Halog, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 23 years stated therein that his sister Divya has solemnized marriage with Devinder Singh before two years. In the intervening night of 25/26.02.2015, at about 12-00 AM, his brother-in-law Devinder came to his quarter and attacked with knife on his father & sister Divya with the intention to kill them and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/O PS West.
- During last 24 hours Total 206 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act & 05 persons challan under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 135 and Fine realized Rs. 40,800/-.
