Crime Report on February 14, 2015.

PRESS NOTE 14 FEBRUARY, 2015

 

1.  An ND & PS Case FIR NO 26/15 DT 13/2/2015 U/S 18,21-61-85 NDPS ACT has been regd. at PS Theog, on the Rukka OF HC Yogesh NO. 1, I/O PS Theog, alleging therein that on dated 13.20.2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty, when he reached near Rajeev's Shop he saw a person with a bag of violet colour was also stood there as he saw the police he ran away and threw his above bag there. During checking of said bag two sealed syrups of 100 ML marked as Phensedly New & Coughlimt and a black substance called opium of 25 gm found from that bag. The shopkeer Rajeev told his name as Rajesh @ Sanju. The Case is being investigated by HC Yogesh I/O PS Theog, Shimla.

2.  An Excise Act Case FIR No. 25/15 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 13.02.15 U/S 39 HP Excise Act, on the Ruka of SI Dharam Sain stated therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty when he reached at Sago(Jubber) Kyar, he got an information that a person namely Rajesh Kumar S/O sh. Paras Ram R/O Sago Jubber (Kyar) sells liquor illegally . on this he raided there and searched his shop and recovered 33 Bottles Country liquor, 12 Bottles markes as Green Level and 5 Bottles marked as Royal Stag from his possession. The Case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain I/O PS Theog, Shimla.

3.  Dishonestly receiving stolen  property Case FIR No. 47/15 has been registered at PS West on dated 13.02.15 U/S 411 IPC, on the Ruka of SI Kulwant Singh alleging therein that on 13.02.15 at 10.30 PM he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty when he reached 30 mtr ahead from Victory Tunnel he found a person namely Kulwant Singh @ Gidru S/O sh. Dyal Singh R/O Village Ghalut, PO Salogra, Tehsil & Distt Solan, HP in suspicious condition during seach he recovered 5 Brass plates, 1 Lid, 1 Lota, 2 Parat, 4 stainless steel taps & 2 Gas burners from his possession. The Case is being investigated by SI Kulwant Singh I/O PS West, Shimla.

4.   An Accident Case FIR No 29/ 15 has been registered at PS Rampur on Dated 13/02/2015 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registred on the statement of Sh Moti Lal @Pinku S/O Sh Tilak Chand Caste Rajpoot Village Rerra PO Jahu Sub-Tehsil Nankhri  Rampur Bushahr Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on Dated 13/02/2015 at about 8.45 PM Arvin Kumar S/O Sh Bhagat Ram Village Rerra PO Jahu Sub-Tehsil Nankhri  Rampur Bushahr Distt Shimla HP was going towards Rerra Kholighat in his car No HP 6A-5782,Alto  he reached near Rerra Driver lost control over the body and it fell down in to hill and above Dvr died on sopt. Case Has been registred and is being investigated by HC Devinder Nath No 153 IO P P Nankhri.

5.  A House Trespass Case Today case FIR No. 4/15 has been registered at PS Chopal Dated 14.02.2015 u/s 451,323,34 IPC has been registered on the report of Sh. Vishal Mehta S/o Sandeep Mehta R/o Jhina P.O. Chambi Tehsil Chopal, Distt Shimla, HP, alleging therein that on dated 13.02.2015 at about 8.30 PM his father Sandeep and mother Roshna Devi leaving separately entered into the courtyard and beaten him with stick. Case is being investigated by HC Dinesh Kumar No. 213 I/O PS Chopal

6.  A Cheating Case FIR No 10/15 has been registered at PS East on dated 13-02-15 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh Umesh Chand Goel R/O Set No -4,Y2K Apartment Chhota Shimla that in the month of February 2012 his colleague Mr Krishan Chand Verma Jr. Asstt. HP PWD Shimla introduced Rajinder Singh RR investment who induced him frequently obtained sum of Rupees 100000 (one lac only) assured him that he will be doubled the amount and repay with in the year. Now he refused to repay the above amount. Case investigated by ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS East Shimla.

7.  A Burglary Case FIR No 61/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 13/2/15 U/S 454,380 IPC wide DD No 31 at 16.17 pm on the complaint of Munish Khana R/O Khanna Bhawan, Sanjauli, Shimla-6 HP alleged there in that he has running shop by the name of Khana Video and allied secvices at shop No. 73, Khalasa Niwas, Main Bazar Sanjauli. They had closed the shop around 8.30 PM yesterday when they come to shop in morning at around 10.30AM they found shop Shatter was pulled from center by about 12 inch from the ground with one side pulley was out of its base and both the locks was alright. They found that nine mobile and four camera of brand Sony was missing or has been stolen which cost us approximately 1lach sixty Thousand only. The case is being investigated by HC Roshan lal No 66 I/O PP Sanjauli.

8.  During last 24 hours Total 130 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act and 1person challaned under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 75 and Fine realized Rs. 14,500/-.

Follow-Up

1.    Accused Hem Raj Chlawane S/o Sh. Chkuntne R/o Orda No. 3 Vill. Sidheshwari Distt. Salyan Aanchal Rapti Nepal, aged about-20 Years has been arrested in case FIR No. 24/15 Dt. 21-01-15 U/S 302,34 IPC P.S. West Shimla on 13-02-15 at 10:10 P.M. at P.S. West Shimla and is on police remand upto 16.02.2015.

2.    Accused Kulwant Singh @ Gidru S/O sh. Dyal Singh R/O Village Ghalut, PO Salogra, Tehsil & Distt Solan, HP, aged about-21 Years has been arrested in case FIR No. 47/15 Dt. 13.02.15 U/S 411 IPC P.S. West Shimla on 13-02-15 at P.S. West Shimla and sent to judicial remand for 14 days.
