1. An Accident case FIR No. 25/15 is registered at PS Theog on dated 02.02.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Amit Kumar S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Village & PO Maid, Tehsil Sadar, Hamirpur stated therein that he and another vehicle No. HP-67-3043 driven by Jayoti, was going towards Madom (Chopal) from Chandigarh loaded with HIMFED compost. When we reached near Sainj, driver Jyoti lost his control and above vehicle met with an accident & rolled down from the road. In this accident, Driver Jyoti died on the spot and one person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kamalpati, I/O PS Theog.
2. wrongful restraint case FIR No. 10/15 is registered at PS Kumarsain on dated 02.02.15 U/S 341, 504IPC on the Application of sh Navneet sarkeak s/o sh Dhaneshwar R/o sainj po kirti Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla HP . He stated that today at about 8 pm he closed his shop and went to home suddenly a person namely Balak Ram R/o sainj came their and obstructed his way and abusing filthy langug. Case is being investigated By HC Krishan lal I/O PS kumarsain .
3. wrongful restraint Case FIR No :- 11/15 is registered at PS Kumarsain today on 03-02-15 U/S 341,323 IPC on the Application of sh Dev Raj s/o sh Balak Ram r/o sainj po kirti tehsil kumarsain distt Shimla HP . He stated that today at about 7 pm Navneet sarkeak obstructed his way and beaten his sister and mother, cause sustained injuries. Case is being investigated By LHC Sita I/O PS kumarsain.
4. wrongful restraint CASE FIR No.18/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 03.02.15 u/s 341,323 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Lieta Kali Nepali R/O Sarahan alleging therein that on 02.03.15 her husband had beaten by one Milan Bahadur while comimg to his DERA {} Case is being investigated by ASI Chhering Dorje, I/C PP Sarahan, PS Jhakri.
5. A cheating Case FIR No :- 24/15 is registered at PS Sadar on 02-02-15 U/S 420 IPC on the Complaint of Dr Aman Sachdeva S/O Sh. Pran Sachdeva R/O Metropole Cottage Estate Near Lift Shimla, alleging therein that he purchased a car through on Line Advertisement and he transferred an amount of Rs 7 Lacs 55 Thousand in a Bank of Mumbai as advised by the costumer through telephone Nos. 09619946360 & 08424876874. But after deposited the above amount above costumer switched off their telephone Nos. 09619946360 & 08424876874. Case is being investigated By ASI Paramjeet Thakur, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
6. A Theft case FIR No. 4/15 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 02.02.2015 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 IF Act on the complaint of Sh. Ganga Ram Range Forest Officer Kotkhai, alleging therein that on 2.2.15 during Naka at Jhangroli, Sh. Ranjeet Singh B.O. Gohach & Beat Guard Gian Chand captured 4 Logs of Deodar of different sizes from Pickup No. HP 62A-0606 driven by Sh. Bala Nand S/O sh. Ram R/O Village Baghar, PO Devgarh, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, and 3 Logs of Deodar of different size also captured from Pick up No. HP09C-1248 in which driver Laiq Ram S/O sh. Jeet Ram R/O Vill. Banlog, PO Devgarh, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP, Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Doulat Ram R/O Vill. Jari, PO Devgarh, Theog. He visited the spot and found that a deodar tree Class 1A was cut by above persons and taken away 7 logs of above deodar tree. Case is being investigated By HC Balbir Singh, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla.
7. During last 24 hours Total 111 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act, 09 Challaned under Smoking Act and 04 challaned under Mining Act. Total Challan compounded= 60 and Fine realized Rs. 20,500/-.
Inquest Report U/S 174 Cr.PC
1. Deceased Nepali Karan Bahadur was lying in drunken condition Near Tara View, Cart Road Shimla, HP under unconscious condition, which was taken to IGMC Shimla fromwhere he has reffered to PGI Chandigarh, on the way at Kandaghat he took his last breath and died. Postmortem of the dead body was conducted in IGMC Shimla, , where doctor declared him brought dead.
2. Deceased Roshan Lal S/O sh. Lachhi Ram R/O Vill. Shilania, PO Nerwa, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, HP was posted as EDDA in post office Nerwa. He was Going to his home, When he reached at Shilainia he rolled down about 150 ft from the way and sustained head injury and he brought to C.H nerwa for treatment . Where he declared dead by M.O C.H Nerwa.

1. Three accused namely Bala Nand S/o Sh. Ram R/o Village Baghar, PO Devgarh, Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla, HP, Laiq Ram S/O sh. Jeet Ram R/O Vill. Banlog, PO Devgarh, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP and Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Doulat Ram R/O Vill. Jari, PO Devgarh, Theog have been arrested in case FIR No. 4/15 Dt. 02.02.2015 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 IF Act at PS Kotkhai.
