CRIME REPORT 6 MAY

1.      AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No. 76/13 is registered  at PS West on 05.05.13 U/S  279,337  IPC on the Statement of Sh Bhupinder S/ Sh. Krishan Chand Thakur R/o Vill Pagog P.O. A.G Office Shimla. He is working in HRTC as driver  Bus No HP-64-2673 alleging therein that  on 05.05.13 when he drive the above Bus from Sanjuli to Tutu , while he reached near Hotel Blossom a Bus No HP- 63A-1112 Came rashly and hit his  Bus. In This accident he and some passenger got injured. The Case is being investigation by  PSI Rajesh Prasher I/O PS West Shimla.

2.      AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No 78/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 06.05.13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Bharat Singh S/o Sh. Khem Chand Village Kuhal P.O Dewthi Teh. Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dated 05.05.13when he was going along with Sushant Jain, Joginder Rolta, Ravi Patiyal  towards Dhar Goura in Car No HP06B-0789 at 9.PM when they reached near Dansa Kanchi driver Sushant lost control over the car and it fell down into hill below 30mtrs. In this accident  Ravi Patiyal S/o Sh Ram Singh Village Dhar Goura died on the way when he was brought to Hospital. The Case is being investigated  by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur

3.      AN INQUEST has been lodged  at PS Rampur on 06.05.13 on the statement of Sh Mohan Lal S/o Sh. Main Lal Village Pandahar  P.O Lalin Teh. Rampur Distt Shimla HP  when he was going for treatment to MGMSC Kheneri got sudden heart attack in auto near Bus stop Rampur. The above person has been moved to Hospitals with the help of Local Police, but M.O. declared  him  brought  dead. the above person died due to sudden  Heart attack. The enquiry of inquest is on.

4.       During last 24 hours 91 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 12 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, Mining & COPTA Act is Rs. 15,400/-
