                ACCUSED  ARRESTED AND RECOVERED  400 GM CHARAS

1.     NDPS ACT Case  FIR No 48/13 is registered  at PS East on 16.05.13 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the  report  of SHO/Insp. Rattan Kumar that on 15. 05.13 at 10:30 PM secret information received regarding selling/purchasing of Charas going to be held near Ayurvedic Hospital Chhota Shimla, alleging therein that in this information  SHO move with Police Party on the Spot to verify the fact and found that three person namely Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Tek Chand R/O- Vill.-Narang Teh-& Distt. Bharatpur, Country-Nepal A/P-C/o Ganesh Bahadur R/o Dutt Nagar Rampur Distt Shimla. 2) Rinku Kumar S/o Sh. Tek Chand R/o Vill.-Narang Teh-& Distt. Bharatpur, Country-Nepal A/P-C/o Ganesh Bahadur R/o Dutt Nagar Rampur Distt Shimla. 3.) Rahul S/o Amar Chand R/o VPO-Teh-& Thana Arki Distt- Solan A/P-Boundary Chhota Shimla were on the Spot and from them and recovered 400gm Charas.and arrested accused person. The case is being investing by Insp/SHO Rattan Kumar of PS East.

                ACCUSED  ARRESTED AND RECOVERED STOLEN WIRE

2.      A THEFT & RECOVERY  Case FIR No. 23/13 is registered  at PS Kotkhai  on  16.5.13. U/S 379 IPC & 25 T. Act on the statement of Sh Prem Chauhan S/o Sh Sita Ram R/o Jaltahar P.O. Chailnair Teh. Kotkhai alliging therein that on at the night of 16.5.13 at 1.00AM  he & his two labourer nepali was heard the sound of cutting anything at the Kotnala, he doubt and rushed to the Kotnala with his laborer and saw two nepali were cutting the cable wire of bsnl (.) After verification the name of nepali was found chander bahadur S/o Sh. Bir Bahadur R/o Rangsi andNaresh Rokai  S/o Sh Padam Rokai R/o Pouri nepal and he stolan cable wire from Kotnala near Jaltahar about 46 meter.  The accused namly Chander Bhadur & Naresh Bhadhur arrested  and recovered the Stolen  wire .The case is being investigated by ASI Muni Lal  I/O PS Kotkhai.

3.     AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No 53/13 is registered at Kumarsain on 16.5.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Rukka of HC Ram Sain No-957  alleging therein that  when one Maruti Car bearing No HP51A-1090 who was coming toward Sainj toRampur when the above car reached near Singapur suddenly driver of the vehicle lose her control and met with an accident an got sustained injured. The fault is play due to rash and negligent driving of the driver. During spot inspection found that driver of the vehicle Davinder Chauhan S/o Sh Hari Singh R/oVill KuthaP.O Tharch Teh Chopal Distt Shimla who was refer to MGMSC Khaneri declare brought dead by MO. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain.

4.      CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST  Case FIR No.103/03 is registered at PS Sadar  on 15.05. U/S 406,408 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Devi Singh Thakur Enforcement EPF Officer Kasumpti Shimla who is posted for checking the record of hotels alleging therein that  while he was checking the record of Mehman Hotel . He found that the owner of the hotel do not deposit the amount pertaining to their EPF Accounts.  The case is being  investigated by HC Anil Kumar  I/O PS Sadar Shimla.

5.      A THEFT Case FIR No. 97/2013 is registered at PS West on 16.05.13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh. Som Dutt Sharma SDO Elct. Sub. Division Jutogh Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 12.5.13 Electricity Line Kyar was closed for repairing. When the repairing work completed on this line (on 13-5-2013 ) He checked the transformer and found that the supply wires of the transformer disconnected and the aluminum wound coils found missing. The unknown culprits stolen Aluminum wound coils for rupees 20,000/- . The Case is being investigated  HC Suresh I/O PP Summer hill.

6.      A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT Case FIR No.70/13 is registered  at PS Dhalli on 16.5.13 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jai Singh S/o Sh. Ram Saran R/o Shalail P.O. Dobllu Sub Tehsil Junga Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on  15.5.13 at 7.30 PM  some person  namely Joginder S/o Sh Sewak Ram R/o Shalail , Joginder Singh S/o  Sh Daya Ram R/o Noha, Ashok Kumar S/o  Sh Babu Ram R/o Shalail obstructed his way and gave beatings with fits and blows ,stones to him. They also threatened him with dire consequences. The  case  is being investigated by ASI Prakash Chand I/C PP Junga.

7.      ASSAULTS OR USES CRIMINAL FORCE TO ANY PERSON BEING A PUBLIC SERVANT IN THE EXECUTION Case FIR No. 71/13 is registered at PS Dhalli  on 16.5.13 U/S 353,332,34 IPC  on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Mast Ram R/O Jabli P.O & Teshil K/Sain A/present driver E.E. K/Sain Divn. at HPPWD K/Sain alleging therein that on 15.5.13 when he was on Govt duty and coming from Khatnol to Jalog alongwith Govt Vehicle No. HP06-3733 when he reached at Piplughat at  3.30 PM one person namely Golu S/o Sh. Chet Ram alongwith two other person are sitting between the road and stopped him to perform govt duty and a lightened him from the govt vehicle and between him with fits and blows and run away. The case is being investigated by ASI  Vijay Singh  I/C PP Sunni.

8.    DURING LAST 24 hours 167 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 10 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV, Police Act. & COPTA Act is Rs. 25,400/-.
