CRIME REPORT 20 MAY

1          A THEFT Case FIR No.106/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 20.5.13 U/S 380 IPC on the Complaint of Kumari Pushp Lata D/O Sh Bhagat Ram R/O Bhajhol PO Thachi PS Dhalli Tehsil Suni Shimla, alleging therein that  her brother Pawan was admitted in Children ward DDU ZH Shimla and She was attended her brother. Ttoday  2.50 AM when she was sleeping in ward room a person namely Madhur Dutt S/o Sh Narinder Dutt R/O Gahar P.O Batal Tehsil Arki Distt Solan stolen Rs 3600/- from her bag and ran away. The Case is being  investigated by HC Vinod Kumar  I/O P.S Sadar Simla.

2          A THEFT Case FIR No.107/13 is registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 20.5.13 U/S 379 IPC  on the Complaint of Sh Shyam Singh Negi S/o Sh P.S Negi R/o Negi Cottage Kufta Dhar Shimla, alleging there in that on 19.5.13 at 3.30 PM  he parked his vehicle No HP-63C-5100 Alto 800 on Road side at  Kufta Dhar. On 20.5.13 at 6,45 AM while he checked his vehicle where he parked and found that unknown  person stolen away four tyres alongwith Rim of his said vehicle during the midnight 19/20-5-13 . The case is being  investigated by HC Amar Dutt  I/O P.P L/Bazar Simla

3.         INQUEST report on 19.05.13 of Keshav Ram S/o Sh. Gauri Nand R/o VPO Hingori, Teh Chirgaon, Distt Shimla (75 years) has been lodged at PS Chirgaon. In this connection a missing report of above deceased had been lodged on 01-08-2009 by his son Amar Singh. On 17-05-13 persons namely Micher Sain and Rocky both R/o VPO Hingori, Teh Chirgaon, Distt Shimla had seen a skeleton in Kural Danda. During investigation the skeleton identified as above Keshav Ram.

4.        A person namely Rama Nand S/o Sh. Mathu Ram Vill Ojdoo P.O Kelvi Tehsil Theog  Distt Shimla HP has been arrested U/S 107/151 on 19.5.13 at 12.30AM at the place of Ojdoo by ASI Bhagat Ram PP Matyana PS Theog .

5.         During last 24 hours 98 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 07 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 26,000/-.
