1. AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No.27/13 is registered at PS Jhakari on 27.05.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Dharam Dass S/o Late Sh. Sai Ram Vill. Kaleh P.O.Bonda, alleging therein that today at 10.15 AM. a Private Bus No. HP-63-5041 went towards Sarahan to Rampur when bus reached near CISF Gate Jhakari .A Truck / Tipper No. HP-06A-1689 hit the bus and three person namely Raju S/o Sh Dharam Chand R/o Kaleh, Dharam Dass R/O Kaleh and Sunita Devi R/o Kawvo will injured.The case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh Chand I/O PS Jhakari.
2. AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No. 29/13 is registered at PS Rohru on 06.05.13 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Kalyan Singh S/o Sh Ram Bhajan R/o Vill. Jadi P.O Karra Teh. Dataganj Distt. Badayoon UP alleging therein that on 26.05.2013 at 5.00 PM his labourer namely Onkar (Bhihari) was working the Tairing work at Bashla Road he was hited due to rash & negligent driving of the driver Rakesh S/o Sh. Prittam Singh R/o Guradaspu Punjab B/camperNo.HP10-4661 and caused injuries. He was brought at Civil Hospital Rohru but during treatment he became dead. His post-mortem had been conducted at CH Rohru and dead body had been handed over his guardian for cremation. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand I/O PS Rohru.
3. A TRASPASS Case FIR No.113/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 26.5.13 U/S 451,323 IPC on the Complaint of Sh Sonu Kumar S/o Sh Rattan Lal C/O Laxmi Chand Sharma Badsh P.O Via A.G Simla alleging therein that on 26.5.13 at 6.15 PM when he was standing in house premises of Sh Jitender Singh Chauhan. One Aditya @ Bhanu trespass in their premises and start to beat him when Jitender Singh came to mediator Aditya @ Bhanu attacked him on upper lips with sharp weapon. The case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla.
4. AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No. 57/13 is registered at PS Theog on 27.05.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Hira Singh S/o Late Sh Dulat Ram Verma R/o Village Jaghedi P.O & Teh. Theog Distt Shimla, alleging therein that when he came to his home to Theog Bazar at 10.30 am he saw a Car bearing No HP06A-0975 fell down from the road at Jaghedi near Nangal Devi. Five people sitting in the Car all were injured. The vehicle was drive by Jitender. The accident occur due to rash & negligent of driver. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Rattan I/O/ PS Theog Shimla.
5. AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No. 59/13 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 27.05.13U/S 279, 304A IPC on the Rukka of ASI Mohan Lal I/C PP Sainj he stated that a telephonic information received at PP Sainj alleging therein that a vehicle met with an accident at Kapu near red line NH-5.during spot inspection found that a vehicle No HP-63- 5689 bring the supply of chicken to khahker, Rampur and Jeori in which driver Arun and one Nepali Arun Kumar driver when reached near Kapu red line the above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from NH-5 7000 feet to Satluj River vehicle and dead body not found as yet. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above Vehicle. The case is being investigating by the ASI Mohan Lal I/C PP Sainj.
6. During last 24 hours 90 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 09 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 16,800/-
