CRIME REPORT 26 MAY

1.      A RIOT case FIR No. 18/13 is registered at Police Station Chopal on 26-05-13 U/S 147, 149, 323 IPC on the complaint of Narayan Singh S/o Sh. Roop Singh R/o VPO Kujah, alleging therein that on 25-05-13 at 11:00 AM when he was working in his field persons namely Amar Singh, Surendra, Sarla, Seema, Meera Devi came & beat him. Case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Kupvi.

2.      A RIOT case FIR No. 19/13 is registered at Police Station Chopal on 26-05-13 U/S 147, 149, 323 IPC on the complaint of Sarla Kumari D/o Sh. Amar Singh R/o VPO Kujah, alleging therein that on 25-05-13 persons namely Mohar Singh, Mohan Singh, Ajay, Subhash, Kiran, Suman, Lokender & Kamla Devi came in her field & beat her & her father. Case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Kupvi.

3.      An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 21/13 is registered at Police Station Chirgaon on 26-05-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Hardev S/o Sh. Moti Ram R/o Vill Shiladesh, PO Larot, Teh Chirgaon, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he hired one vehicle Truck No. HP-62-1515 for loading bricks to his house, near market driver Satish Kumar S/o Sh. Kundan Sain R/o VPO Samarkot, Teh Rohru, Distt Shimla loose the control from the above Truck and rolled down from the road. In this accident he along with driver and Matwer Singh sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by PSI Ashish Pthania I/o PS Chirgaon.

4.      An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 90/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 25-05-13 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Pawan Katoch S/o Sh. Baat Singh R/o Vill Anas, PO Nithar, Teh Nirmand, Distt Kullu, alleging therein that he is security guard at Patale Company Bhadrash on 25-05-13 at 9:30 PM he listen noise of vehicle accident, when he rushed at spot, he saw one vehicle Eon car No. HP-28-7036 met with accident with parked Tralla at Bhadrash. In this accident 2 persons namely Hem Raj S/o Sh. Nathu Ram R/o Vill Fiharar, Teh Sarkaghat, Distt Mandi and Rajender Kumar S/o Sh. Prem Chand R/o VPO Jalma, Distt L&S died on the spot. Case is being investigated by SI Tilak Raj Addl/SHO PS Rampur.

5.      During last 24 hours 182 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 06 persons were challaned under COPTA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs. 35,100/-.

6.      An inquest report of Deepak Kumar (Nepali) S/o Sh. Bharat Singh R/o Sita Ram Building, Face 3 New Shimla has been lodged at Police Station New Shimla.
