1 A BURGLARY Case FIR No.44/13 is registered at PS East on 4.05.13 U/S 457,380 IPC registered on the statement of Mr Roop Chand S/o Mr.Tulsi Ram R/o Vill Majheth P.O Tuttu Shimla at present he is working as Munshi of Contractor Girish Gupta Chhuproti Kasumpti Shimla, alleging therein that construction work is on progress at Chhuproti through Housing Board, today on 04.05.13 he came to side at found that some construction material has stolen by unknown person. Total value of stolen material is worth Rs 12,000/-. During investigation persons namely Ram Kumar S/o Sh Vishnu R/o Vill. Bhagpura P.O. Krishan Nagar Tehsil Kirshan Nagar Nepali at present Budhi Ram building Shanan, Surinder S/o Sh Ganga Ram R/o Vill Vasdeha P.O. Sanseri Distt Vadima age 22 year at present Kamlesh building Shilli Mehali, Raju S/o Sh Hem Ram V.P.O Loan Bazar Distt Salwyan Nepal at present residing Budhi Ram building Shanan have been arrested and recoverd above stolen property. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Lal I/C P.P Kasumpti Shimla.
2 AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No 22/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 3.5.13 U/S 336, 337, 304 A IPC on the information of ASI MUNI LAL I/O PS Kotkhai, alleging therein that today 5.30 PM when he was working in P.S Kotkhai he heard a loud sound of falling some from out side of PS. He immediately came out and saw that a big portion of rock collapsed near P.S from Jubbal road to kotkhai road. He rushed to the spot where one person namely Sumit was found dead due to fatal injuries of falling rocks, where as three girls namely Pritbha, Shivani and Richa and four other persons namely Pushpender, Anuj, Ravinder and Ramu got injured upon verification, it was found that a construction work of road widening through L&T machine is going on Jubbal road. Due to this construction work the rock collapsed and above incident took place. Negligence of L&T machine operations have been found in this incident. The case is being investigated by ASI Muni Lal I/O PS Kotkhai.
3 A THEFT Case FIR No.93/13 is registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 4.5.13 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Indian Telegraph Act, on the statement of Sh Vikram Sood JTO © C.T.O Building The Mall Shimla alleging there in that on 3.5.13 at 2 PM some unknown person stolen 50mtrs cable wire below Padam Dev Complex . The approximate cost of cables is Rs 2000/- . The Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Sadar Shimla.
4 A THEFT Case FIR No. 68/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 4.5.13 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kishori Lal S/o Sh Durga Ram R/o Sh Jawahar Colony Bhatta Kuffar Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on 3.5.13 he has parked his Maruti Car bearing registration No. HR02F-8385 on the road right upon his house at Bhattakuffar. Today he came to the road and saw that his car was not there. He has suspicion that some one has stolen away his Maruti car. The case is being investigated by the SI Sandeep Kumar I/O PS Dhalli.
5 A TRESSPASS Case FIR No. 49/13 is registered at PS Theog on 3.5.13 U/S 451,323,34 IPC on the statement of Sh Kanwar Balbir Singh S/o Sh Kanwar Het Ram R/o Vill. Nareval P.O. Chhailla Teh. Theog Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 3.5.13 when he was at his home at 3 PM Three person namely Virender, Rohit and Mohit entered in his home and beaten him with danda and stone. In this incident he got injuries in his all body and they also brock his two teeth. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Theog.
6 SC & ST Act Case FIR No. 25/13 registered at PS Rohru on 3.5.13 U/S 3(10)SC/ST Act& 506 IPC, on the statement of Sh Bhajan Dass S/o Sh Krampu Mal Vill Kachhari Teh Rohru alleging therein that on 2.5.13 when he was on the occasion of Kali Mata at Kachhari. He was intensely insulated intimation and threaten with dire consign by Sh Sher Singh S/o Sh. Tulu Ram Vill. Kachhari . The case is being investigated by Sh Raj Kumar SDPO Rohru .7 During last 24 hours 158 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 05 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, Mining & COPTA Act is Rs. 31,700/-
