Crime Report on, October 26, 2019

1.     ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No 131/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on  25.10.19 U/S 353 504 506 IPC on the statement of HHG Panna Lal 2/2-56 alleged therein that when he was on traffic duty at meat market Rorhu at about 6 PM, at the mean time a vehicle number HP 10A-7533 came there and one person namely Chander Gopal Kaith S/O Roshan Lal R/O Garai PO Kui Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla came out form vehicle and misbehaved with him. After that he started quarrel with him on duty without any reason and torn his uniform. The case is being investigated by HC Shyam Bihari I/O PS Rohru.

2.     During last 24 hours 60 Challaned without seat belt, 05 challan drunken driving, 19 without helmet, 27 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 18 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
