Crime Report on, 15 October 2019

1.    A Murder: Case FIR No. 231/19 has been registered at PS West on 14.10.2019 U/S 302, 201 IPC on the complaint of Sh Bishambhar S/o Sh Surat Mukhiya R/o village Gounda Anchal Sahab Gunj District Mujafar Nagar Bihar A/P C/o Heera Lal S/o Sh Sevak Ram R/o village Panog Tehsil& District Shimla alleged therein that he was residing at above given address since last three year along with his brother-in–law namely Jai Ram. On 12.10.2019 his brother-in- law went Shogi Market to brought vegetable and other daily using items. When his brother-in-law not returned back to his quarter he went for his search and called him many time but his phone was switched off. On 13.10.2019 during search he found the dead body of his brother in law in the forest of Panog. He doubts that someone has  killed his brother in Law. The case is being investigated by SHO PS West.  

2.    A ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 229/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 15.10.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Anil Kumar I/O PS Sadar alleged therein that on 14.10.2019 he received information regarding Charas supply to addicted people. On this information he raided the Dhaba of Rajeev Sharma S/o late Sh Sh Mehar Chand R/o Sharma Niwas lower Totu Shimla at Bus Stand Shimla and recovered 133 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Sadar.

3.    A GAMBLING ACT:  Case FIR No.124/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 14.10.2019 u/s 13-3-67 public gambling Act on the rukka of SHO PS Rohru alleged therein that on 14.10.2019 he was on patrolling along with other staff towards Sharog, Mahendali etc. during duty he received secret information that some people were playing with cards near the bank of river pabber. On this information raided the spot and recovered Rs 25280 from the possession of four persons. The case is being investigated by SHO PS  Rohru.

4.   During last 24 hours 23 Challaned without seat belt, 10 challan drunken driving, 10 without helmet, 23 without Driving License, nil using mobile phone, 08 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
