CRIME REPORT ON 25.10.2019

1.  AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 53/19  has been registered at PS Sunni on 24.10.19 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Rajvender Singh i/o PS Sunni  Distt Shimla  alleged therein that on 24-10-19  when he alongwith PS  staff was on nakka and traffic checking towards Shakrori village by bifurcation on chabba road then about 2-15 PM they intercepted a person namely Devi Dutt Sharma S/o Lt Sh Kanshi Ram Sharma village Dibba PO Dharmpur Teh Theog Distt. Shimla age 56 years. and recovered 07 gram Charas from his possession. Case is being investigating by HC Tilak Raj I/o PS Sunni.

2.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 94/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 24.10.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Jhakri alleged therein that on 24.10.2019 he recovered 06 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh Beli Ram S/o Lt.Sh Dharam Dass R/o village Bathara P/o Shahdhar Tehsil Rampur District Shimla H.P. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Jhakri.

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 101/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 25.10.2019 U/S 279, 304A on the rukka of ASI Hari Chand I/o PS Kotkhai alleged there in that on today 25.10.2019 a vehicle No. CH01TA-3982 Mahindra Pick Up met with an accident in which one person namely Vicky S/o Sh Bhim Bahadur village Kuddu P/o and Tehsil Jubbal died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Chand I/O PS Kotkhai.

4.   During last 24 hours 21 Challaned without seat belt, nil challan drunken driving, 15 without helmet, 21 without Driving License, 01 using mobile phone, 07 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
