1. Accident Case: Case FIR
No. 100/19 Dt. 23.10.19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain Shimla on the statement of Sh Shishu Pal S/O Lt Sh Lal Chand R/O Village
Kanda PO Chekul alleged therein that on 23.10.2019 he was on morning walk at
about 07.20 AM one vehicle No. HP 52B-5427 Tipper met with an accident, in
which driver of vehicle Nitin Kumar S/O Sh Hem Raj R/O Village Kanda PO Chekul
Tehsil Kumarsain Shimla has sustained injuries. The
case is being investigated HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Kumarsain.
2. Gambling Case: Case FIR No. 56/19 Dt. 23.10.19 U/S 4, Public
Gambling Act has been registered at PS Nankhari on the ruka of Insp./SHO alleged therein that on 23.10.2019 he along with staff was on
patrolling near Jakhakhai then on secret information they caught red handed four
persons by playing cards and recovered Rs. 6500/- from them on spot. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Nankhari.
