1. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 95/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 28.10.2019 U/S 452, 323
IPC on the complaint of Sh Babloo S/o Sh Mast Ram R/o village Garat P/o Bonda
Tehsil Rampur alleged therein that on Intervening night of 28/29.10.2019 a
person namely Nar Bhadur S/o Mast Ram R/o village Gamsot P/o Bonda Tehsil
Rampur District Shimla trespassed his premises and beaten him brutally. The
case is being investigated by ASI Sunil Dutt I/C PP Jeori.
2. AN
ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 96/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 29.10.2019 U/S 279,
337, 304 IPC on the statement of Sh Lal Chand S/o Sh Sagar Dass R/o VPO Ghanvi Tehsil
Rampur District Shimla alleged therein that 29.10.2019 he was coming Ghanavi to
Jeori in a Tampo traveler No. HP 06A
0710 suddenly above vehicle met with an accident in which 03 persons namely Nishant
S/o Ashok VPO Ghanvi, Budhva S/o Kondha and Sunil S/o Budha R/o Jharkhand died
on the spot and driver Dharampal sustained injuries. The case is being
investigated by I/o PS Jhakri.
3. During last 24 hours 25 Challaned without
seat belt, 00 challan drunken driving, 11 without helmet,
07 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 09 person’s
challaned under Smoking Act.
