Crime Report on, 09 October 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 195/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Nesh Singh S/o Sh Krishan Chand R/o village Agred P/o Chauvadi Tehsil Bhatiyat Distt Chamba HP alleged therein that on 08.10.2019 he was going towards Dhalli from Chotta Shimla in Vehicle No HP 63D-4555 (Innova). When he reached at Navbahar Road near Rocky Knob Hotel a car No. HP07D-0100 swift came rashly and negligently from wrong direction and collided with his vehicle. In this collision he got injuries in his right leg and right arm. The case is being investigated by HC Bhupinder PP Sanjauli.

2.   During last 24 hours 12 Challaned without seat belt, 01 challan drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 13 without Driving License, 01 using mobile phone, 13 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
