CRIME REPORT ON 28.10.2019

     

1.   A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 57/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 27.10.2019 U/S 3,4, Gambling Act  on the rukka of SHO PS Nankhari alleging therein that on 27.10.2019 he got a secret information regarding gambling at village Barot. On this information he recovered Rs 40,500/- from 12 persons by playing cards.  The case is being investigated by SHO PS Nankhari.

2.   ACCIDENT CASE: Case FIR No. 249/19 Dt. 27.10.19 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered at PS West Shimla on the statement of Sh Vipin Kumar S/O Sh Manohar Lal Khanna R/O Village Panjri PO Chaura Maidan, Shimla alleged therein that on 27.10.2019 he was going to his quarter from Lakkar Bazar in his M/Cycle No. HP63-5888. At about 06.15 PM when he reached near 103 Tunnel then an A/F vehicle came rashly in wrong side and after hitting his motorcycle run away from the spot. They have sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by HC Neel Kamal I/O PS West.

3.   ACCIDENT CASE: Case FIR No. 99/19 Dt. 27.10.19 U/S 279 304A IPC has been registered at PS Chopal Shimla on the statement of Sh Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh Mela Ram R/O Village Lanjoth PO Chopal, District Shimla alleged therein that on 27.10.2019 he was going to his home with his friend Tony, then they saw a Nepali person who was lying on the road, when they checked him he was died. He doubts that some unknown vehicle hit him with negligent driving. The case is being investigating by ASI Ramesh Rana I/O PS Chopal.

4.     HOUSE TRESSPASS: Case FIR No. 180/19 Dt. 27.10.19 U/S 452 323 506 427 IPC has been registered at PS Theog Shimla on the statement of Sh Pritam Chand S/O Sh Budhiya R/O Village Kamah PO Kiar, Tehsil Theog, Shimla  alleged therein that on 26.10.2019 evening he was sleeping in his house with his wife. At about 11.30 PM his elder son namely Surender came forcibly in his house and abuse him. After that he beaten them brutally, broken the glasses of window and threatened them with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Sukh Dev I/O PS Theog.

5.     GRIEVOUS INJURY: Case FIR No. 181/19 Dt. 27.10.19 U/S 325 323 IPC has been registered at PS Theog Shimla on the statement of Sh Hiteshwer S/O Sh Yashwant Singh R/O Village Khanu Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleged therein that on 27.10.2019 he was sit in Nepali Dhaba at Janog Ghat then one person namely Dimpy S/O Sh Inder Singh came there and beaten him. As a result his two teeth broken on the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Sudesh Kumar I/O PS Theog.

6.     HOUSE TRESSPASS: Case FIR No. 182/19 Dt. 27.10.19 U/S 451 323 504 34 IPC has been registered at PS Theog Shimla on the statement of Sh Kamal Thapa S/O Sh Hari Lal R/O Theog, Shimla  alleged therein that on 27.10.2019 he was working in his hotel. At about 07.00 PM Hiteshwer S/O Sh Yashwant Singh along with two other persons came in his Dhaba, take the dinner and after that beaten him. They also threatened him with dire consequences.

7.     During last 24 hours 12 Challan without seat belt, 01 challan drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 05 without Driving License, 00 using mobile phone, 08 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
