Crime Report On October 13, 2019.

1.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 97/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 12.10.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of SHO PS Chopal stated there in that on 12.10.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty. During patrolling he found that one Sh Deep Ram S/o Sh. Khumbia Ram R/o Vill. Deothi, PO Sari, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla has cultivated/grown cannabis plants in his fields illegally. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Chopal.

2.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 145/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on dated 12.10.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur, alleged therein that on 12.10.2019 he recovered 49 gram of Chitta/Heroin from the possession of Ganesh Chand S/O Sh. Birbal R/o Vill Shataldhar Po Nogli Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu, Bhupender S/O Sh Saran Dass  VPO khaneri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla and Vinod S/O Sh.  Shanu Ram Vill Rajpura PO Bhadawali Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur.

3.      Excise Act : Case FIR No. 199/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 12.10.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of ASI Suraj Kumar I/O PS Dhalli stated therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling and traffic checking duty at Mashobra Bifurcation he recovered 468 bottles of English liquor from Pickup No. HP09C-5084 driven by Mahender Singh S/o Sh. Devi Saran R/o Village Barog, PO Dhamandri, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla. The Case is being investigated by ASI Suraj Kumar I/O PS Dhalli.

4.   Accident : Case FIR No. 82/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on dated 12.10.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Rahul Zinta S/O Sh. Devinder Singh R/O Village Thana PO Mandal Tehsil & PS Jubbal Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that on dated 12/10/2019 he was going back to his home along with his mother and driver Raman in his vehicle A/F Alto K10 after checkup of his mother in Private Clinic Jubbal. When he reached near Rikhar Kenchi at about 12.15 pm, vehicle driver Raman lost control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road. In this accident he and vehicle driver Raman sustained injuries and his mother got head injury and she died on the way to hospital. Case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PP S/Nagar PS Jubbal.

5.   During last 24 hours 30 vehicles were challaned without Seatbelt, 13 without helmet, 21 without driving License, 04 using mobile phone, 12 challaned drunken driving and  03 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

The accused are being produced before Ld court.
