Crime Report on, 30 October 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 250/19 has been registered at PS West on 30.10.2019 U/S 279 IPC, 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Dhan Lal S/o Nagendra R/o VPO ward No. 02 near Arya Samaj Mandir Rajgarh Tehsil Rajgarh District Sirmour H.P alleged therein that on 29.10.2019 during his journey from Rajgarh to Shimla a Pickup No. HP 63 2187 collided with his vehicle No. HP 16 6606 at Sonu Bungalow Shogi . After collision above pickup runaway from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Rajkumar I/o PP Shogi .

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 184/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Pawan Kumar S/o Sh Shiv Das R/o VPO Dewathi Tehsil Rampur District Shimla alleged therein that on 29.10.2019 during his journey from Shogi to Rampur a Pickup No. HP 63A 9329 collided with his A/F Vehicle at Nani Dhank Matyana in which he sustained injuries. After collision above pickup runaway from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh I/O PS Theog.   

3.   AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No 185/19 has been registered at PS Theog today on 30.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Om Chand S/o Sh Ram Lal R/o village Sari P/o Hatkoti Tehsil Jubbal District Shimla alleged therein that on 29.10.2019 a vehicle No. HP 09B 0270 collided with his vehicle No. HP 10B 1264 at Poach Theog in which his brother namely Sansar Chand sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sudesh I/o PS Theog.

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 183/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Joginder Singh S/o Sh Mast Ram R/o village Teer P/o Khana Sandhu Tehsil Theog A/P Inspector PWD sub division Matyana District Shimla alleged therein that on 29.10.2019 he was working at Matyana to Mouri Road suddenly a tipper No HP 62 4386 came rashly and felt down from the road. In this accident some laborers of his department sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sukh Dev I/o PS Theog.   

5.   During last 24 hours 11 Challaned without seat belt, 06 challan drunken driving, 14 without helmet, 12 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 03  person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
