Crime Report on, 16 October 2019

1.    A ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 125/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 16.10. 2019 U/S  20 ND & PS Act on the rukka of HC Vijay Kumar NO 5 alleged therein that   on 15-10-19 he was on patrolling duty near Unisex Saloon they intercepted a person namely Deepan Singh S/O  Devinder Singh R/O Booth PO Jagothi Teh Rohru Distt. Shimla HP Age 25 yrs. And recovered 49.72 gm. charas from his possession The case is being investigating by SI Jaswant Singh

2.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 175/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 16.10.2019 U/S 21 ND & PS Act on the rukka of HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Theog alleged therein that on 16-10-19 at about 04.20 AM he was on patrolling duty along with staff in PS vehicle at Matiana. During checking of vehicle No. HP63C-1009 driven by Harish S/O Sh Payara Lal R/O Village Chiudi PO Kelvi Tehsil Theog age 31 years they recovered 9.9 Gram Chitta/ Heroin from his possession. The case is being investigating by I/O PS Theog.

3.    A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 149/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 16.10.2019 U/S 3,4 Public Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Ten Singh I/C PP Taklech alleging therein that on 16.10.2019 during patrolling near forest rest house Taklech he found 06 person were playing Card on bet and recovered Rs. 7000/ with 52 Playing Card from them. The case is being investigating by ASI Ten Singh I/C PP Taklech.

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 173/19 has been registered at PS Theog on15.10.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304A on the statement of Sh Saurav Kanwar S/o Sh Joginder Singh R/o village Narel P/o Kathog Tehsil Theog alleging therein that on 15.10.2019 a vehicle HP 67A 5147(Canter) met with an accident in which one person namely Madan Kumar died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumar I/o PS Theog.

5.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 174/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 15.10.2019 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh Jagdish Chauhan S/o Sh Sukh Nand R/o Sukhmani Bhawan Bharana Road Rohru  P/o and Tehsil Rohru alleging therein that on 15.10. 2019 a vehicle No. HP 09B 0216 (Bolero) hit his vehicle No. HP 10B 3209 and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Sudesh I/o PS Theog .

6.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 148/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 15.10.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Daleep Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram village Dharla P/o Ghanvi Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleged therein that on 15.10.2019 a vehicle No HP 06AB-1573 met with an accident in which 06 persons sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of vehicle above driver Pankaj Kumar R/o Vill Kiyao Tehsil Rampur Bsr Distt. Shimla HP. Case is being investigating by HC Pawan No 223 IPC I/O PS Rampur.

7.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 100/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 15.10.2019  U/S 279, 337 304 IPC on the statement of Sh Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Rattan Beer R/o Mini P/o Gyas Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla alleged therein that on 15.10.2019 during his journey from Ghwas to Badyara in vehicle No. HP 10B 2632  suddenly vehicle driver Rajeev lost control over the vehicle and met vehicle met with an accident at Dumadhar in which driver Sanjeev died on the way to Hospital. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Singh I/o PS Chirgaon.

8.    During last 24 hours 29 Challaned without seat belt, 01 challan drunken driving, 04 without helmet, 20 without Driving License, 01 using mobile phone, 21 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

1.       Accused Deepan Singh S/O  Devinder Singh R/O Booth PO Jagothi Teh Rohru Distt. Shimla HP Age 25 yrs arrested in case FIR No  125/19 at PS Rohru on 16.10. 2019 U/S  20 ND & PS is being produced before Ld court on today.  

2.      Accused Harish S/O Sh Payara Lal R/O Village Chiudi PO Kelvi Tehsil arrested in case FIR No. 175/19 on 16.10. 2019 U/S 21 ND & PS Act at  PS Theog is being produced before Ld court on today.
