Crime Report On October 21, 2019.

1.      A ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 238/19 has been registered at PS West on 21.10.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Ankush Rana I/o PP Dhami, PS West alleged therein that on 20.10.2019 during patrolling at 16 mile he recovered 2.95 gram Chitta from the possession of Amrinder Singh Rana S/o Sh Harminder Singh Rana R/o village kiyari P/o Taradevi District Shimla . The case is being investigated by HC Rajinder Kumar I/o PS West. 

2.      AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 239/19 has been registered at PS West today on 21.10.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of HC Sushil Kumar I/O SIU, Shimla alleged therein that today on 21.10.2019 he was on patrolling duty at near AG Chowk. During patrolling he received a secret information and recovered 10 bottles of English liquor from Neel Kanth Shere Punjab Dhaba near AG Chowk. The case is being investigated by SI Vijay Kumar I/o PS West.

3.      AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 126/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 20.10.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagi Rath I/C PP Tikkar alleged therein that on 20.10.2019 he was on patrolling duty towards Daroti and recovered 10 bottles of Country liquor from the possession of Prem Dayal S/O Lt. Sh. Malku Ram R/O Daroti PO Tikkar Teh Rohru Distt. Shimla HP. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagi Rath I/C PP Tikkar, PS Rohru.

4.      AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 64/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 20.10.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of SI/SHO Pardeep Singh satated therein that on secret information, he recovered 11 bottles of Country Liquor from the Shop  of Maheshwar Singh S/O Sh Mohsan Singh R/o Village Tungali PO Bharanu Tehsil Nerwa, Distt Shimla, HP. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Pardeep Singh, PS Nerwa.

5.      During last 24 hours 23 Challaned without seat belt, 01 challan drunken driving, 07 without helmet, 22 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 13 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
