AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.
121/19 has been registered at PS Rohru
on 10.10.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Rohru
alleged therein that on 10.10.2019 during patrolling along with staff at Karalsh he received information regarding
illegal selling of liquor. On this information he raided the shop of Chotu Lal
S/O Late Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Karalsh P/o Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru District Shimla
and recovered 12 bottles of beer and 01
bottle of country liquor from his possession. The case is being
investigated by SHO PS Rohru.

AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 217/19
has been registered at PS Sadar on
10.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh Manoj Kumar s/o Late Sh.
Hari Shankar R/o Ravi Niwas Kagnadhar BCS New Shimla alleged therein that on
10.10.2019 he was going to home from Shimla in his vehicle No. HP 07E 8400 when
he reached near Hotel Holiday Home suddenly a HRTC bus No. HP 63 6738 hit his
car from back side which caused injuries to his wife. The case is being investigated
by SI Prakash Chand I/o Ps Sadar.

During last 24 hours
62 Challaned without seat belt, 02 challan drunken
driving, 13 without helmet, 51 without Driving License, 04 using
mobile phone, 40 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
