1. A VOLUNTARILY CAUSING HURT BY DANGEROUS WEAPONS: A
case FIR No. 96/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 341, 23, 504, 506, 34
IPC on the statement of Sh Kailash Thakur S/o Sh Ram Swaroop R/o village
Jassidhar /o Bharadi Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla alleged therein that on
17.10.2019 his brother-in-law Sunny Chauhan attacked with knife on him and he
sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Susheel Kumar I/o PS
Kumarsain.
2. During last 24 hours 43 Challaned without
seat belt, 05 challan drunken driving, 06 without helmet, 15 without
Driving License, nil using mobile phone, 18 person’s challaned
under Smoking Act.
