Crime Report on October 30, 2018

1. AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 161/18 has been registerered at PS Rampur on 29.10.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Sher Singh, I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on 29.10.2018 at about 07-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff near Pipty, three persons namely i) Gaurav S/o Sh. Joginder Pal R/o Village & PO Nogli, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla, and Gaurav Sharma S/o Sh. Tilak Raj R/o Village Maghara, PO Dofda, Teshil Rampur, intercepted by them and during the search 10 gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from their possession. Further investigated is being carried out by HC Hukkam Lal No. 103, I/O PS Rampur.
2. AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No 113/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 29-10-18 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Devraj S/o Sh. Sarsu Ram R/o Summa P/o Ogli PS Sunni Distt Shimla age 33 years alleging therein that on 29.10.2018 at about 07.45 AM near Kingal a Boleno car No HP 03(t)-4108 collied with Scooty No HP95-0298 in which a person namely Lobh Ram S/o Sh. Kewl Ram R/o Maholi, P/o Teshan Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Susheel I/O PS Kumarsain.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.224/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.10.2018 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV act on the statement of Sh Piyush Verma S/o Sh Devinder Verma C/o Deepak Cottage Bharari Shimla A/P working as a private bus river in Shimla alleging therein that on 30.10.2018 an un identityfied I-20 white colar car came rashly near LPG Gas Godown Nav Bahar and hit his bus conductor from back side in which  sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sohan Lal I/o PS Dhalli.  
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.225/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.10.2018 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV act on the statement of Sh Rajeev Chauhan S/o Sh Lacchi Ram  R/o village chillah P/o Devthi Tehsil Theog District Shimla A/P working as a Agent at Fruit Mandi Dhalli  Shimla alleging therein that on 29.10.2018 an un identityfied white colar car came rashly at Sanjauli and hit him from back side  and runaway from the spot in which he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sohan Lal I/o PP Sanjauli.
5. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 160/18 has been registrred at PS Rampur on 29.10.2018 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Smt. Sandhira W/O Sh. Sanjeev Kumar Vill. Bashri PO Narain Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging there in that today at about 6.30 am one van No HP 10B-2971 met with an accident in which one person  namely Dinesh S/O Sh. Karam Dass Vill. Peja Chirgaon Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla died on the spot. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Van Driver.The Case is being investigating by HC Kartar Singh I/O PS Rampur.
6. During last 24 hours 813 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 146, fine realized Rs. 69,500, /- and 15 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,500/-.

FOLLOW UP:

1.  Accused Gaurav i)S/o Sh. Joginder Pal R/o Village & PO Nogli, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla, and ii) Gaurav Sharma S/o Sh. Tilak Raj R/o Village Maghara, PO Dofda, Teshil Rampur arrested in case FIR 161/18 on 29.10.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act at PS Rampur are being produced before Ld court today.

2.  Accused i) Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Sewa Ram R/o Village Kasha PO Kandi, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla ii) Jagdish S/o  Sh. Charan Dass R/o Village Shah, PO Dofda Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, arrested in case FIR No.158/18 Dt. 27.10.2018 U/S 20,29,60 ND&PS Act at PS Rampur, are remanded in police custody upto 03.11.2018, by the Ld Court.

3.  Accused Vishwas Sagar  S/o Sh. Prakash Chand R/o Pahari Darwaja, Dhampur, Bijnaur, UP, arrested in case FIR No. 240/18 Dt. 28.10.2018 U/S 336 506 IPC at PS Sadar, is remanded in police custody upto 01.11.2018, by Ld. Court.
