Crime Report on October, 25, 2018

1.  AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 128/18 has been registered at PS East on 24.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Baldev Singh, I/C PP Kasumpti, Shimla alleging therein that on 24.10.2018 at about 04-10 PM, on the secret information, a raid has been conducted in the Madhushala Snooker of Pankaj Sharma, where three persons namely i) Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Pawan Kumar R/o Village Jangi, Tehsil Morang, District Kinnaur, ii) Surajbhan S/o Sh. Ranjeet Singh Kanwar R/o Village & PO Sainj, Tehsil Theog, Shimla and iii) Nishant Sharma S/o Sh. Jagdish Sharma R/o Village Chhamla PO Navgaon, Tehsil Arki, District Solan, intercepted by them and during the search, recovered 20 gram Charas from Raj Kumar, 19 gram from Suraj Kumar & 5 gram from Nishant Sharma (Total 44 Gram Charas) from their possession. The case is being investigated by SI Baldev Singh, I/C PP Kasumpti, Shimla.

2.  AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR 218/18 has been register at PS Dhalli on 24.10.2018 U/S 21, 25, 29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Dharam Chand, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla alleging therein that on 24.10.2018 at about 05-30 PM, during patrolling along with staff, a Red Colour Car No. HP09C-3366 was found parked towards hill side near Force Show Room at Lambidhar, in which four persons namely i) Pradeep S/o Sh. Jai Ram R/o Village Guthan, PO Kaleend Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla, ii) Dinesh Verma S/o Sh. Inder Singh R/o Village Devrighat, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla iii)  Naveedar Kanwar S/o Sh. Kapoor Singh R/o Chhakrail PO Bhattakuffer, PS Dhalli, Shimla and iv) Vikas Kanwar S/o Lt. Sh. Guman Singh R/o Village Khalashi, PO Majhar Tehsil Theog, Shimla found sit inside the car and during the search, 3.27 Gram Chitta recovered from their possession. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder No. 131, I/O PS Dhalli.

3.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 143/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on 24.10.2018  U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Kamal Nain I/O PS Rohru alleging therein that on 24.10.2018 at about 07:50 pm, during patrolling along with staff at Seema, one person namely Nittu @ Kartar S/o Sh. Surat Ram R/O Desoti P.O Gushali Tehsil Chirgaon Dist. Shimla HP age 36 years apprehended by them and recovered 24 Bottles of Country liquor marka Santra No.1 from his possession.  The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain, I/O PS Rohru.

4.  AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 154/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on  25.10.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Rajesh Kumar No. 17, I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that today on 25.10.2018 at about 03-30 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Anuj S/o Sh. Prithvi Chand R/o Village Dalan, Tehsil Kumarsain, District Shimla, age 21 years, intercepted by them near Dutt Nagar and  recovered 21 Gram Chitta (Heroin) from his possession. The case is being investigated by PS Rampur.

5.  A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 144/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on 25/10/2018 U/S 451,323,506,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohinder Singh  S/o Sh. Roshan Lal  R/O Village Kupari, PO Pujarli No 2  Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla, HP, stated therein that on dated 25.10.18 at about 6.45 AM when he  was at his home suddenly a person Mohan Lal S/O Lt.Sh.Sanjiu along with his two sons entered in his house and beaten him  brutally and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirath Sharma I/C PP Tikker.  

6.  During last 24 hours 325 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 116,  fine realized Rs. 71,100/- and 17 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,700/-. 01 person challaned under mining act Fine collected Rs 4500/-

Ranjeet Singh Kanwar R/o Village & PO Sainj, Tehsil Theog, Shimla and iii) Nishant Sharma S/o Sh. Jagdish Sharma R/o Village Chhamla PO Navgaon, Tehsil Arki, District Solan, arrested in case FIR No 128/18 dated 24.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS East are being produced before Ld Court today.

2.  Accused i) Pradeep S/o Sh. Jai Ram R/o Village Guthan, PO Kaleend Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla, ii) Dinesh Verma S/o Sh. Inder Singh R/o Village Devrighat, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla iii)  Naveedar Kanwar S/o Sh. Kapoor Singh R/o Chhakrail PO Bhattakuffer, PS Dhalli, Shimla and iv) Vikas Kanwar S/o Lt. Sh. Guman Singh R/o Village Khalashi, PO Majhar Tehsil Theog, Shimla arrested in case FIR No.218/18 dated 24.10.2018 /S 21, 25, 29 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, are being produced before Ld Court today.

3.  Accused Anuj S/o Sh. Prithvi Chand R/o Village Dalan, Tehsil Kumarsain, District Shimla, age 21 years, arrested in case FIR No.154/18  dated 28.10.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act at PS Rampur is being produced before Ld Court today
