Crime Report on October 27,2018

1. AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 158/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 27.10.2018 U/S 20,29,60 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Dola Ram No. 57, I/O PP Taklech, Rampur alleging therein that on 26.10.2018 at about 07-20 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, two persons namely Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Sewa Ram R/o Village Kasha PO Kandi, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla and Jagdish S/o  Sh. Charan Dass R/o Village Shah, PO Dofda Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, intercepted by them near CHC Taklech and recovered 54 Gram Charas from their possession. The case is being investigated by HC Garib Dass No. 159, I/O PS Rampur. 
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 129/18 has been registered at PS Shimla East on 27.10.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vivek Sood S/o Sh. Ram Chander Sood R/o 3^rd Floor, Gobil Niwas, opposite Himland Hotel, Tehsil & District Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 26/27.10.2018 at about 12-45 AM, one vehicle No. HP03C-5634 (Honda City) met with an accident outside his house and rolled down on the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sachin. In this accident, Sachin, his wife & two children sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Anil, I/O PS East.   
3. AN ACCIDENT :Case FIR No. 216/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 26.10.18 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhag Chand S/o Sh Rati Ram R/o village Aloti P/o Satog Tehsil Theog Distric Shimla alleging therein that on 26.10.2018 a vehicle No. HP 03C 3078  met with an accident at Shaina in which two persons Raju and Rampal died on  the spot and two other persons Suresh and Shera sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by  HC Rakesh I/O PP Fagu.
4. AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No.101/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 27.10.2018 U/S 279,304A IPC on the Rukka of HC Deepak Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 27.10.2018 a vehicle No. HP 10B 0088  met with an accident in which a person Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh Shamsher Singh R/o village Kharot P/o Masali Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla died on the spot. The case is being investigasted by HC Deepak Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.
5. During last 24 hours 316 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 135, fine realized Rs. 62,000, /- and 15 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,500/-.

1.  Accused i) Pradeep S/o Sh. Jai Ram R/o Village Guthan, PO Kaleend Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla, ii) Dinesh Verma S/o Sh. Inder Singh R/o Village Devrighat, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla iii)  Naveedar Kanwar S/o Sh. Kapoor Singh R/o Chhakrail PO Bhattakuffer, PS Dhalli, Shimla and iv) Vikas Kanwar S/o Lt. Sh. Guman Singh R/o Village Khalashi, PO Majhar Tehsil Theog, Shimla arrested in case FIR No.218/18 dated 24.10.2018 /S 21, 25, 29 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, released on bail by Ld court.

2.  Accused Sahil S/o SH. Satish Kumar R/o House No. 2165, Rajiv Colony, Mani Majra, Chandigarh arrested in case FIR No.313/18 dated 26.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS West is on Police remand upto 29.10.2018.

3.  Accused Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Sewa Ram R/o Village Kasha PO Kandi, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla ii) Jagdish S/o  Sh. Charan Dass R/o Village Shah, PO Dofda Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, arrested in case FIR No.158/18 Dated 27.10.2018 at PS Rampur are being produced before Ld Court
