Crime Report On October 14, 2018.

1. A ND&PS Act Case FIR No.209/18 has been registered on at PS Theog on dated 13.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the ruka of ASI Chet Ram I/C PP Deha alleging therein that on 13.10.2018 at about 08.10 PM, during patrolling/nakabandi along with staff at Kuthar, one person intercepted by them, on the inquiry he disclosed his name Ramesh Chand Sharma S/O Lt.Sh.Laxmi Dass R/O Village Galana,PO Kuthar Tehsil Theog Shimla age-55 years. On the doubt during search 1.147 KG Charas recovered from his possession. Accused has been arrested and  case is being investigated by I/C PP Deha.
2. A ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 300/18 has been registered on at PS West today on 14.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the ruka of ASI Suresh Kumar incharge PP Dhami alleging therein that today on 14.10.2018 at about 04.30 PM, during patrolling and traffic checking along with staff at Nichli Tikkri, two persons riding on motorcycle No. HP34B-2710 intercepted by them, on the inquiry they told their name as Daleep Kumar S/o Sh. Nathu Ram R/o Village Tihni, PO Sus, Tehsil Anni, Distt Kullu, HP age 32 years and Uttam Ram S/o Sh. Dharam Dass R/o Village Manchhani, PO Kothi, Tehsil Anni, Distt Kullu, HP age 25 and recovered 1.600 KG Charas recovered from their possession. Accused have been arrested and  case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar incharge PP Dhami, PS West, Shimla.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 56/18 has been registered at PS Sunni on 13.10.2018 U/S 279 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Rupender Singh S/O Sh.Gita Ram R/O Sakrori PO Chaba Teh. Sunni alleging therein that at about 1.30 PM his known Suresh Verma R/O Gadahu P/O Gadheri came in his Car No H.P.03 C 2420 along with his 4 friends came in his Dhaba & eat Maggie. After some time his 3 friends went towards Shimla & after that Suresh Verma along with his cousin Dinesh Kumar went toward Jaishi. After some time an information received on telephone that at khaira road towards Bharara some vehicles and persons stopped on road and it seems something happened. He reached on spot and saw that some persons brought a injured from down side, he identified him as Dinesh Kumar, who went with Suresh Verma in his car. Said Suresh Verma found dead on spot. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of diseased Suresh Verma. The case investigated by S.H.O. P.S. Sunni.
4. During  last 24 hours 312 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 120,  fine realized Rs. 50,900/- and 19 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,900/-. 

FOLLOW UP:

1.    Accused Raju @ Pinku S/o Sh. Mila Ram R/o Village Daduhi PO Bharadu, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi. HP, age 32 years, arrested in case FIR No. 68/18 Dt. 12.10.2018 U/S 457 380 IPC at PS Nerwa, is remanded in police custody for upto 15.10.2018, by the Ld. Court.

2.    Accused Ramesh Chand Sharma S/O Lt.Sh.Laxmi Dass R/O Village Galana,PO Kuthar Tehsil Theog Shimla age-55 years arrested in case FIR No. 209/18 Dt. 13.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS Theog, is remanded in police custody for up to 17.10.2018, by the Ld. Court.
