1.  CRIME= NIL

2.  During last 24 hours 376 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 129,  fine realized Rs. 73,800/-, 21 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,100/- and 03 Challaned under Mining Act & Fine Realized Rs. 22,500/-

FOLLOW UP:

1.   Accused i) Daleep Kumar S/o Sh. Nathu Ram R/o Village Tihni, PO Sus, Tehsil Anni, Distt Kullu, HP age 32 years and ii) Uttam Ram S/o Sh. Dharam Dass R/o Village Manchhani, PO Kothi, Tehsil Anni, Distt Kullu, HP age 25 years, arrested in case FIR No. 300/18 Dt. 14.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS West, Shimla, further remanded in police custody upto 20.10.2018, by the Ld. Court.

2.   Accused Anil Makkad S/o Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/o Village Ropari, Tehsil Anni, District Kullu, HP, age 22 years, arrested in case FIR No. 301/18 Dt. 16.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS West, Shimla, is send to judicial custody by Ld court up to 25.10.2018

3.   Accused Ravi Kumar S/o Sh. Arvind Singh R/o Village Tipra Colony, Devi Shankar Colony, Haryana, age 21 years, arrested in case FIR No. 304/18 Dt. 17.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS West, Shimla, further remanded in police custody upto 22.10.2018, by the Ld. Court.

4.   Accused i) Chaman Lal S/o Sh. Bhajan Dass R/o Village Kanewra PO Kansakoti, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla and his Mother arrested in case FIR No. 139/18 Dt. 16.10.2018 U/S 498A, 306 IPC at PS Rohru, are remanded in Judicial custody by the Ld. Court.
