Crime Report on August 31, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 135/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 30.08.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC  on the rukka of ASI Santokh Singh, I/O PP Matiyana, Shimla stated therein that on 30.08.2015, one vehicle No. HP-09C-0215 met with an accident near Rauni Curve and rolled down 150 meter from the road, due to rash & negligent driving of Jitender S/o Sh. Rama Nand. In this accident driver Jitender a/w 03 Nepalies sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh, I/O PP Matiana.

2. A Sharp Injury case FIR No. 136/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 31.08.2015 U/S 324 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sukhjinder Singh S/o Sh. Surender Singh R/o House No. 3, Satjot Nagar, Dandra Ludhiana stated therein that today at about 01-00 AM, one person namely Imran was drinking near his shop at Potato Ground Theog. After that his brother Sarfraj came there in drunken condition and scuffle with Imran. They entered in his shop  and Imran pick the glass and hit on the head of his brother Sarfraj and his left arm and ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PS Theog.   

3. An Accident case FIR No. 87/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri today i.e. 31.08.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the report of Sh. Bhupesh Kumar S/o Sh. Mahender Singh R/o Village Shahdar, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla stated therein that today at about 09-35AM, he was going towards Talara from  Majhgaon in his Auto alongwith three other passenger. When he reached near Majhgaon curve, one maruti car No. HP-06A-6455 came rashly and collide with his Auto. In this accident, one passenger namely Rohan Kaur sustained injuries. The case is being investigated ASI Sher Singh, I/O PS Jhakri.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 78/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 31.08.2015 U/S 279,304A,427 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Leeladhar R/o Vill Bhandal PO Mahog Tehsil and P.S Karsog Distt Mandi Age 26 years alleging therein that today  at about 03-00AM, he was coming towards Anni from Matiana. When he reached near Kanchi Mode Narkanda he saw that one Tata 407 bearing No HP-26A-1633 met with an accident and rolled down from NH-5 due to rash and negligent driving of Narender S/o Kehar Singh R/o Vill Yangpa Distt Kinnaur. In this accident two prsons driver Narender and  Vinod Kumar @ Vicky S/o Chering Dorie R/o Vill Garoda PO &  Tehsil Nichar have died on the spot.

5. An Attempt to commit suicide case FIR No. 81/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on  31.08.2015 U/S 309,328 IPC on the statement of Sh. Prakash Kapta S/O Lt. Sh. Ram Lal Kapta R/O village Shallan PO Pujarli No. 2, Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla stated therein that  on 30.08.2015 at about 07.15PM, his Nepali servant namely Lok Bahadur called on his mobile and told him that his wife Janki &  son have consumed poison and attempted to commit suicide.  The case is being investigation by ASI Kamal Nain I/O PS Rohru.

6. During last 24 hours 167 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 01 under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 66 & fine realized Rs. 33,000/-   

   Fire Incident

1. Today at about 07-00 AM, fire incident took place in the house of Sh. Rameshwar R/o Village Teja, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla due to electric short circuit. Three rooms alongwith house hold articles & some documents have been got destroyed due to fire.

   Follow-Up

1. Three person Namely Ram Krishan S/O Jeet Ram R/O Village Manan PO Shilru Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla HP age 38 Years , Kamal S/O Gopi Chand R/O VPO & Tehsil Kumarain Distt Shimla age 47 Years and Raj Kumar S/O Sh Ram Lal R/O VPO Shingla Tehsil and PS Rampur Distt Shimla age 39 years arrested in case FIR No. 80/15 U/S 407 IPC at PS Jhkari. Above accused have been produced before Ld. Court. Accused Ram Krishan remanded in Police custody for 03 days and another accused Raj Kumar & Kamal have sent to judicial custody upto 04.09.2015 by the trial Court.
