Crime Report on August 01, 2015

1. A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation  case FIR No 41/15 has been registered at PS Sunni today on  01-0 8-2015 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC on the statement of Tota Ram S/o Late Sh Matha Ram R/o Vill Mander PO Baldeyan Teh & Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 31-07-2015 when he was present at Basantpur  Khem Raj , Arun Sood, Golu , & Billa stopped his way & started beating and Threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar IO PS Sunni.

2. A Theft case FIR No. 138/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 31.07.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Arvind Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Shiv Dass R/O Main Bazar Rampur Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 13.01.2004, he purchased an apple Orchard at Village Siyarla, Barshol from Sh.Ramesh Chand S/O Lt. Sh. Baishakhi Ram Vill. Saran PO Taklech Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP. After that he regularly sold the apples from above orchard.  But in the year 2015, Ramesh Chand plucked the apples and sold without his consent. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh I/C PP Taklech.

3. Resistance by a person to his lawful apprehension case FIR No. 278/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today i.e. 01.08.2015 U/S 224, 379 IPC on the report of HC Sanjeev Kumar, 5^th IRBn A/P MHC Central Jail Kanda, Shimla stated therein that today at about 06.15 AM Const. Ripon Lal informed him telephonically that accused Ajay Kumar, who was suffering from jaundice and admitted in IGMC Shimla for treatment, has escaped from the lawful custody of police guard and also stolen away mobile phone of Ct. Vinod Kumar.  The case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.

4. 06 cases of Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant have been registered at PS New Shimla today on 01-08-2015 U/S 188 IPC against the migrant labourers staying without registration and disobeyed the order issued by District Magistrate Shimla.

5. During last 24 hours 225 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total challaned compounded= 86 & fine realized Rs. 34,000/-

1. 05 Persons namely 1)Manish Kumar S/o Sh. Narayan Singh R/o VPO Karsong, Distt. Mandi, 2) Sandeep Sharma S/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/o House No. 5, Pratap Cinema Wali Gali,  Distt. Taran Taran, Punjab, 3) Bhupender Singh @ Banti &  4) Gurpinder Singh @ Mani S/o Sh. Gurdeep Singh R/o  Village Miyani Bhangpuria Dhabhlath, Distt. Beguwal, Punjab, 5) Satnam Singh @ Sabi S/o Sh. Narender Singh R/o Village Miyani Bhangpuria Dhabhlath, Distt. Beguwal, Punjab, arrested today in case FIR No. 56/15 Dt. 07.07.2015 U/S 379 IPC PS New Shimla. They will be produced before Ld. Court tomorrow.

2. Sunita Devi W/o Sh. Upender Saini arrested on 31.07.2015 and produced before the Trail Court today. She is remanded in police custody for 05 days.
