Crime Report On August 29, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 292/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 28.08.2015 U/S  U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kamal Kishore S/o Shri Ram R/o Kothi No. 79, Ground Floor Lower Phagli Shimla stated therein that he is computer teacher at Girls Sn. Sec. School Lakkar Bazar Shimla. On 28.08.2015, at about 04-00 PM, he was going to home. Two girls students namely Ms. Kajal D/o Sh. Hari Ram, student of 8^th class & Ms. Akriti D/o Sh. Sita Ram, students of 6^th class were also going to school. At the same time a Motorcycle No. CH-01-0698 (Pulsar), driven by Keshav Chauhan R/o village Poabo, Shimla, came rashly & hit both girls. In this accident, both Ms. Kajal & Ms. Akriti sustained injuries. The case is being investigated HC Amar Dutt, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
2. Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 213/15 has been registered at PS West on dated 29.08.15 U/S 353, 147, 149, 506, 427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Abhishek Bijrania S/O Sh. Jaggu Ram R/O Northern Railway police Force Out Post Shimla alleging therein that some taxi drivers namely Ajay Salwani, Lekh Raj, Hukam & Sanjya etc. assaulted to deter him while he was on duty at Railway Station Shimla. The case is being investigated ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West, Shimla.
3. A Theft case FIR No. 79/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 29.08.2015 U/S  U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Const. Sanjeev Kumar NO. 1164 PP Kuddu Barrier, PS Jubbal, stated that he checked a motor cycle rider on 29.08.2015 during duty from 12.00 AM to 6.00 AM after checking he found that motor cycle rider Sagar S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Puruwala, PO Gorkhwala, Tehsil Ponta Sahib, Distt Sirmour could not produced the document of the motorcycle and he had not the key of the above motorcycle. The case is being investigated HC Asheesh Kumar I/O PS Rohru, Shimla.
4. A Burglary case FIR No. 212/15 has been registered at PS West on 29.08.2015 U/S  U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Som Dutt S/O sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Vill. Tehli, PO Sayrighat, Tehsil & PS Kandaghat, Distt Solan, A/P Jweller Jubberhatti, alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen away the jewelry of Rs. 40, 000/- from his Shop. The case is being investigated ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS West, Shimla.
5. During last 24 hours 371 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 02 under Smoking Act and 01 Challaned under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 112 & fine realized Rs. 46,700/-

Deceased Mozib S/O Sh. Nasimudeen R/O VPO & PS Ajam Nagar, Distt Katiar, Bihar, age 45 years died due to fall from building in the jurisdiction of PS New Shimla.
