Crime Report on August 26, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 295/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.08.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Nagdev, I/C PP Mashobra, Shimla stated therein that on 25.08.2015 he alongwith staff on patrolling duty. At about 05-30 PM, when he reached on the Mashobra- Shiladu bifurcation, one person namely Mahender Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Village Panjog, PO Mashobra, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 40 years, intercepted by them. During search, 06 bottles of country liquor recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev, I/C PP Mashobra.

2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 291/15 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 25.08.2015 U/S 39 (i)(a) Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Lachhami Singh, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that on 25.08.2015 during patrolling duty one person namely Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Fakeer Chand R/o House No. 3, Labour Hostel, Krishna Nagar, Shimla, age 35 years has been intercepted by them. During search, 06 bottles of English liquor marka Royal Stag recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhami Singh, I/O PS Sadar.

3. A Theft case FIR No. 128/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 25.08.2015 U/S 379,427,447 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Dila Ram S/o Sh. Debu R/o Village Killara, PO Mahog, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated therein that in the morning of  18.08.2015, when he visited his apple orchard and found that one person namely Shyam Singh S/o Sh. Het Ram R/o Village Shillagadol, PO Mahog, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alongwith his family members & Nepali servant entered in his apple orchard and stolen 350 boxes of apple.

4. During last 24 hours 568 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 02 Persons challan under smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 315 & fine realized Rs. 93,900/-

1. Naresh Deshta S/o Sh. Khayali Ram R/o Village Sartey, PO Malath, Tehsil & PS Chopal, Distt. Shimla, Atul Sharma S/o Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Village Sarkali, PO Sarahan, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla. age 23 years, Shiven Kumar S/o Sh. Tilak Raj R/o Village Dhabrera, PO Dhubali, Tehsil & District Hamirpur, age 19 years & Nikhil Thakur S/o Sh. Shiv Singh R/o Village Ridka, PO Chaura Maidan, Shimla, arrested in Case  FIR No 288/15 Dt. 21.08.2015 U/S 147,148,149,353,332 506 IPC PS Sadar, today sent to Judicial Remand for one day by trail court.
2. Ankit S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Arti Niwas, near Housing Board, Colony, Sanjali Shimla-6 arrested today in case FIR No. 291/15 Dt. 23.08.2015 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli today sent to Judicial Remand upto 08.09.2015 by trail court.
3. Shashi Kumar S/o Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Chauridhar, PO Sari, Pulbahal, Shimla, age 22 years, arrested in case FIR No. 38/15 Dt. 24-08-2015  U/S 279,379IPC & 41,42 IF act PS Chopal, is on police remand for 03 days.
