Crime Report August 28, 2015.

1. A Burglary case FIR No 86/2015 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 27-08-2015 U/S 454,380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Bisham Zintu W/O Sh Balbir Zintu R/O vill. Badhal Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla A/P C/O Sh. Gopal Chauhan R/O Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that  on 27-08-2015 afternoon when he came back to her home from Jeori she found that some unknown person has broken the door lock of her house and stolen away Golden Mangal Sutra, 01 bangle, nose pin,  tops etc. from her house. The case is being investigated by ASI Sher Singh I.O PS Jhakri.  
2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 46/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 28.08.2015 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO Dharam Sain Negi PS Kotkhai stated therein that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Devri-Khaneti. At about 7.30 am as per secret information he recovered 53 bottles of country liquor marka darling from the illegal possession of Hukam Singh S/O Kirnu Ram village Bhora PO Kulag Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla a/p residing at Sawran Singh r/o Khanti Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla . The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Dhram Sain Negi PS Kotkhai .
3. An Accident case FIR  76/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 28-8-2015 U/S 279,304A, 427 IPC on the statement of Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh Bhau Ram R/o Vill Chamada PO Khamadi Tehsil Rampur stated therein that on 27-8-2015 he loaded 72 boxes of apple in vehicle no HP-72-2893 for Narkanda fruit Mandi. When they reached  near Kounthlu curve driver Shyam Sunder S/o Sh Shiv Ram VPO kangal Tehsil Kumarsain lost control over the vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and vehicle rolled down. In this accident he and Karan S/O Sh Kailash Chand R/o Vill Chachot, Kangal Tehsil Kumarsain Age 14 Years, Ajay Kumar S/o Sh Jeet Ram R/o Vill Chachot Tehsil Kumarsain Age 26 years Sustained injuries and Ajay Kumar died on the spot.
4. During last 24 hours 232 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total challaned compounded= 93 & fine realized Rs. 44,400/-  

Follow-Up

1. Shashi Kumar S/o Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Chauridhar, PO Sari, Pulbahal, Shimla, age 22 years, arrested in case FIR No. 38/15 Dt. 24-08-2015  U/S 279,379IPC & 41,42 IF act PS Chopal, today released on bail by trial court.
2. Parveen Kumar Hudda S/o Sh. Om Parkash Hudda R/o Mansurpur P.O. Chandipur Distt. Bhagpat Utter Pardesh age 22 years has been arrested from Sayari Solan in case FIR No. 80/15 dated 04-08-15 u/s 407 IPC at PS Jhakri.

Deceased Jagdish Reddy posted as a Constable at ITBP Complex Bonda, Jhakri committed suicide by shooting himself with his SLR rifle.
