Crime Report on August 19, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No 152/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 18-08-15 U/S 279 IPC on the Rukka of ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Nankhari alleging therein  that on 18-08-2015 at about 1.30 AM a Truck No HP-26A-0152 loaded with apple boxes met with an accident near Panel (Nankhari) due to rash & negligent driving of driver. The case in being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PP Nankhari
2. An Accident case FIR No 58/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 18-08-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Sh.Bhihari Lal  S/O Sh. Sain Ram R/O Thali P/O Jangla Teh Chirgaon Dist Shimla HP stated  therein that on 18-08-2015 at about 04.15 PM a vehicle No HP10A-7553 M/Van met with an accident near Bakholi, due to rash and negligent driving of Kushal Chand S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Shardu Teh Rohru  Distt. Shimla HP. In this accident, driver alongwith 2 persons & 8 children sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by HHC Shishi Ram  I/O PS. Chirgaon.
3. During last 24 hours 295 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 06 Persons challaned under Smoking Act and 01 challaned under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 122 & fine realized Rs. 60,800/-

1. Sadanand Sankhyan  S/O Late Sh. Kripa Ram R/O Sankhyan Building Lower Totu Shimla age 66Yrs.,Sudhir Kumar S/O Sh. Sadhanand Sankhyan  R/O  Sankhyan Building Lower Totu Shimla. Shimla H.P. age 42 Yrs and Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. SadhaNand Sankhyan  R/O  Sankhyan Building Lower Totu Shimla.age 41 yrs. arrested  in case FIR No. 202/15 Dt 13.08.2015 U/S  452, 307, 34  IPC at PS West have produced before trial court. Accused Sadda Nand sent to judicial remand by the trail court and another Sudhir Kumar & Ajay Kumar are further on police custody upto 22.08.2015.
